This company is the biggest scam i have come accros, it is even bigger than many hyip sites now u can imagine how big SCAM it really is, lemme provide u with some proof.

Now you can clearly see that it is 5th n they haven't made the payment, secondly the previous payment that u think they have made as it seems never reached my bank account through bank wire :), n yet the system shows that they have made the payment, these b******* have a strategy, they make the payment for the very first time and show that they r very caring, when the writer starts taking more orders trusting them, they never pay n yes they do when ull keep a big order in ur box and will ask them to reassign if they dont make payment, watelse they do is that theyll keep on making u wait for a payment n then suddenly they'll shift the payment 2 or 3 months further saying that the order was refunded :D:D:D:D

Plus they put fines in 100s of dollars, NEVER WORK FOR THEM OR TRUST THEM, they r the biggest cheaters in the business, thats y they have manyyyy orders in avaible list and no body picks them because they use this strategy n keep on hiring new writers time after time n then boycott them.............best of luck n do work at ur own risk with essaywriters.net SCAM....cheers

I am surpirsed as to where do they get the orders from? They must be operating another site from where they take the orders from the customers. Papermasters.com have similar picture of the people on their wesite as essaywriters.net

I dont know, but may they must be taking orders from papermasters.com from the customers and giving the orders to the writers who get registered on essaywriters.net.? who knows??

These ppl r literally fraud, whenever youll complain them about their reputation, theyll say "its the competitors who are doing this", i have been their writer and so I know they are fraud, youll realise that most of their orders are not taken by the writers because they already have a terrible reputation..........theyll keep on saying "we value our writer" and a heck of shiiit but i wish they could communicate through their actions, they dont deserve to have this much business and so ill request every1 working for them not to take so much of the work because they wont pay.....or if they will then theyll make u wait for loongggg period n further theyll put on unnecessary fines and all, ill suggest all those out there not to support this company because theyll make u suffer further they have closed my account once i sent them the copy above, i sent them the copy because they were not making payment from long time, i waited for my payment of $640 on15th april and on 16th april instead of making the payment the amount was recuded to $500 and the date was shifted from 15th april to 15th june, upon asking they said the customer asked for refund where as the customer was very happy with my work n he never had problems, please dont work for these Bast****, they r SCAM......cheers

Previously they had said to me that they have madea payment of $ 620 but the truth is that i never had reached that payment in my bank account through bank wire.....they r literally fraud, they said to me that its the bank problem and i had provided them with wrong details whereas i had recieved payments from other companies on the same adress and further the banker told me that if the payment would b on wrong address then it will return to the same account it came from, i told them to repay and they refused, which means that they never compensated me for my work, these ppl r SCAM.....it was then when i asked them to make payments on pay pal but they were again unwilling to make payment and they only made the payment when i asked them to reassign the $620 order to some1 else, at that time they had to make the payment because they were loosing $640 x 4 (the money paid by the customer), but once i complted the order they never made the payment and now closed my account.....writers, do work with essaywriters.net at ur own risk and ask for the payment at paypal or egold but never ask for bankwire.....cheeers

You should not have completed the last order since you were still unpaid for earlier work. Me, I'm glad I got to this forum and avoided Essaywriters scam.

U really misunderstood......I was not unpaid of $620 only :), but previously they had said that they bankwired me $644 which I never had got in my bank account in which i get payments from other companies, what i mean to say is that the company had said and posted the $644 visibly on the screen as if they have made the payment whereas in actual they never had made the payment....they are real SCAM then later i was unpaid of somewhat more than $1100, heres the proof, which is suggesting the unpaid amount regardless of what they did previously by not paying through bankwire....

I'd like to add that I haven't been paid in over five months now. But I already stopped taking orders from them or even writing for them five months ago when I came across this website. Furthermore, it is just a waste of my time to wait on them, I have much better clients and projects in my own country without the hassle of dealing with such stupidities. Don't take this job as a full time thing guys. It would only disappoint you. Furthermore, I had a total collectible of 700 US and now it is down to 400 US. What happened to the work I put in worth 300US? It's gone now. Oh well, I am still expecting them to pay up. Otherwise, I believe in KARMA. When that happens, ha ha to them. Because all the money in the world won't be able to help them deal with other stresses in their personal lives or their conscience. And if they don't have one, well, I still believe in KARMA and just wait and see.

Dont worry mate....I have given them a heck of a tension and Ill continue doing this....each and everyday I bug them about their unethical acts :)

i noticed that you joined this forum january of this year. at that time, many of the essaywriters.net's writers who complained of non-payment were already in the process of being paid. i presumed that the company managed to pay everyone in the forum back then, including you.

i have around $1000 in collectibles from essaywriters.net, but so far i have received less five percent of that amount. i was expecting another collection this june 1-3, but i have just received a memo from the company that i have to wait again for the next payroll period. this is just too much. i just wish that this post serves as a warning to future essaywriters.net writers. no amount of excuses could save its now tarnished reputation. its only way out of this mess is to pay the writers, no ifs and buts. it's a pity to see the company losing so many jobs because very few writers are taking them. i used to be one of those few writers. not anymore.

Is someone initiating a class action lawsuit ? I'm interested if that process has begun. If not, does anyone know how that works ? I have the same basic story as the rest of you. I was paid once, $320. The now owe me about $800 and have my payments on hold for 3 months due to plagarism and their inability to check the papers quickly enough. The plagarism they found was on cited quotes in the body of the paper, as requested by the "customer". The other plagarism issue was on a complete copy of a journal article used in the paper, which I sent to the customer at their request. They are using the plagarism software as an excuse not to pay writers...if you take a looka t the instructions for the software (turnitin) you can see that it's not meant to be a confirmed report....the "professor" is supposed to use the software to point out red flags. The professor then reviews, sees that the work is cited and understands that it's not plagarism. Essaywriters is not doing that recheck. Everyone should notify the software compnay of the misuse of the software....give them a bad name. Again, lawsuit and I'm in.

If they claiming that they use Turnitin to check papers, they are liars. But what's new, right?

Turnitin only sells to academic institutions. The software is not available to individual people or companies, especially not those in Ukraine.

No essay company would use turnitin even if they were eligible to buy the software because the turnitin database stores a copy of all submitted work; the clients would soon shop elsewhere if they realized the papers they were buying were already stored in turnitin's database.

Essay companies say they don't condone plagiarism but let's get real here. We all know that the majority of people why buy papers are going to turn them in as their own work.

Please call the Virginia Attorney Generals' Office and the Virginia BBB to make a complaint. We all have to make the calls if we have any hope of getting paid.

Looks like I am just one of the latest in a long string of essaywriters.net victims. Like many of you, I started writing only a couple pieces at a time to make sure they were reliable with payments and they were at first. In April and May, they had paid me on time every time. However, in the last week of May, they made some stupid excuse about a quality review that will delay payments for 3 weeks. That was six weeks ago. The last transfer I received from them was in mid-May. This is really bad because they were my primary source of income.


ITA pissedoff. If they don't want such a horrible reputation, they should stop paying people to defend their site on these boards and start paying us. They owe me around $1400, and a great percentage of that money was moved a few months ahead for no reason at all. Most of them were not checked by QA and some even had good customer reviews. I worked so hard for every penny and it looks like I'm not going to see any of it. :( Hope other freelance writers read these boards before they get sucked into essaywriters hell. I wish I found this site before I signed up with them and got screwed.

Didn't it occur to you to google the site first before beginning to write for them?

why can't they just pay their writers what is due to them? The writer's salary is 1/8th of the price the customer is paying for the paper. So it means that 7/8ths goes to theie big pockets and a mere 8%, they could not spare to keep their writers happy?

I have also been a victim of this company, and like fanatical teacher I too strongly believe in karma, therefore, I don't let evil thoughts about this company enter me. Why should I invite BP and the other problems, and waste my time over them? (I am very selfish!). Nonetheless, I admit I get a real sadistic kick when I see this company battered by you guys, which means I need to evolve further.

They'll pay you if that's what you're afraid of. Just make sure there are no plagiarized texts. Restate and paraphrase always. If you're good at what you do, there's no reason to worry.

EW is the most complained about company from a writer's perspective on this forum. i find it really hard to believe that everyone who has posted complaining about them plagiarized. if you choose to write for them despite all the posts, don't come whining here when they decide to start holding payments again.

i don't understand the EW allure. Essaybay gets exposed for not paying its writers and very quickly several writers are declaring their intent to never write for them again. however, EW gets a thread about witholding payments every couple of months and people still continue to work for them (and even recommend them to other writers).

i sympathize with writers not getting paid, particularly the latest round of non-payment that occured at the holidays. that's a horrible way to run a business. i have a mortgage and a car payment and I bet most writers are in a similar boat with financial responsibilities that won't go away if an employer decides to not pay.

for folks asking if EW is a good company to work for, the answer is not really. if you choose to work for them, understand that there is a good chance that sometime in the near future you're going to start getting excuses about why you can't or won't be paid for the work that you have completed.

Jus' signed up for this heah site. Based on what I've been readin' heah, I think that they at least pay. I'm confused. Some of you good natured kids are very eager to get writers off writin' for some sites like this yet never suggest which sites are good. I know the site prohibits it but you can always offer to just mail the good sites or even just mail em to those of us askin' if you were really concerned about our well-bein'. Seems t' me that it's more of a competition problem than anythin' else.

johnny, if you're oh so subtlely referring to me, i sent you a list of the companies that I worked for in 2007 through this site's private messaging service yesterday. but i honestly don't think you need my or anyone else's recommendations. no one told me who to work for, i figured it out on my own. besides, why should i recommend the companies that I work for publicly? that would essentially draw more writers to the company that will compete with me for work.

however, i still don't understand why, when there are hundreds of different sites out there, you or anyone else would choose to apply to one that is known for not paying on time instead of one of the companies that receive praise through boards like this one (there aren't many recommendations, but if you look, you'll figure out which companies are generally considered favorably by clients and writers alike). if these companies that clearly don't treat their writers well continue to get new applicants despite the posting of these warnings and frauds, then there is really no point to forums like this one. i guess i'm just tired of seeing all the "i didn't get paid threads." when there is so much warning about these frauds, it's really hard to keep feeling sorry for folks not getting paid.

I totally agree as I am also amongst the grieving party. these bigots carried out work from me worth $2600 and paid a petty $70 then levied baseless things and they did the same tactic with me as they did with PS2. I totally agree with all of my fellow friends and wish essaywriter burns in hell. we should do something to take them off the net.
