I heard through the grapevine that AR has spun off a new writing company arm. They have been contacting their previously connected writers and asking them to take hiring tests. The unsuspecting writers take the test, get hired, and find themselves back in the AR server. The reactions range from surprised, irritated, angry, and amused. Once the writers see that its the old dog trying to use new tricks, they simply let the account get deactivated. They've all learned their lessons the hard way. They refuse to go back to the slave driving company that is AR. So I guess the company is still running low on qualified writers these days.

The pool of writers that they have right now also complain of the unfair deductions that the company practices more than ever before. They use every excuse from plagiarism and now, AI written or Ai assisted paper, causing writers to lose out not only on a percentage of income, but the full income in some instances. The writers have no recourse but to accept the penalties and receive whatever little pay the company wishes to provide to them. If you are still writing for AR, it is time to stop. You are losing out more than you will ever know.
