Is GradeSaver a good place to sell old essays?

I've been working as a term paper writer for over ten years and I have essays going back to 2011.

Grade SaverThis is December where my work tends to slow down and I'm looking for other sources of income. I came across GradeSaver when trying to find material on an essay and see the part where they are asking for essays. Since I have approximately 2000 essays written in the past 7 years (not sure how many are literary), I'm thinking that this will be a good place to sell those old essays that I wrote for clients.

Two questions:

1. How easy is GradeSaver to work with in terms of payment, turnaround, etc.?

2. If these papers have already been turned in and are in the turnitin database would GradeSaver still buy them? I'm not sure how that works in terms of plagiarism. I do not want to sell essays from the last year because I don't want my clients to get in trouble, but the essays that I will try to sell are essays that have been written and turned in.

I see that they state that they are looking for essays that are just sitting around doing nothing which implies that they want essays that have already been turned in, but i was wondering if anyone had experience with this site.

The only time it would flag is if you sold the essay before the submission date of the assignment of the client and then someone else purchased the essay from that site and submitted it themselves. As a courtesy, however, I'd wait for the duration of the course before selling the old essays, so three years usually. Reason being is the client might use some of the work again but slightly reworded to answer similar questions during their course.

I think most of the freelance writers here use academon and state due to the rise of turn it in, profit from older essays being reused have gone down.

I don't know any reputable writers who resell any of their own work. Anything I write belongs to the client once it's paid for. If you read the fine print in the TOS of most essay companies, they either allow them to resell the work without restriction or they promise not to do so for several months after the work is provided to the customer.

Exactly. To do otherwise is a quick way to get a reputation as someone who will regurgitate past work in new projects.

Plus, why would a student want a recycled paper anyway? You run the risk that others in your course or university have purchased the same paper. If you need help, seeking the assistance of a professional academic writer who will write your project from start to finish is the way to go. Anything that isn't 100% original, is asking for future trouble.

Unless a student buys an essay from someone at the same school, I think the chances of that are so exceptionally small as to be negligible. The real risk is simply that modern plagiarism scanners will ID projects that have already been submitted at any academic institution, worldwide.

It is precisely because the plagiarism servers have an international database that the essays sold by these companies are referred to as "model papers". These are literally used papers that the student know from the get-go, cannot be submitted for a grade. The aim of these sorts of papers is simply to help hasten the research process. The paper will already have a preset list of citations and references. Anything not over 5 years old will still be usable. Those older than that, can be used a template for research and writing instead.

It is still a good idea to keep old essays for future selling. Based on my experience, the plagiarism software doesn't go back more than a decade in the search for similar paper. Probably because any paper written more than 10 years ago would have irrelevant or outdated information already. Yes, even academic research papers have an expiry date.

I do not believe that it is advisable to sell your old essays anymore these days. Due to the fast paced way that technology affects the way that information is shared on the internet, and the fact that AI can mine for information in a matter of seconds, selling previous essays does not have a market anymore. It cannot even be sold as a sample paper anymore since AI will generate a sample paper for a student in a matter of seconds. However, the student should not submit that generated paper for a grade, the same rules as human model paper writing still applies. GradeSaver is actually trying to revise its business model by shying away from old essay says to real time responses to posted queries. How successful this company will be in that market is yet to be seen.
