Work experience is great. The prices for the orderds are good. The amount of work that you can perform is absolutely flexible which gives much freedom to the writer.

Hello, I like how supportive the support department is. I also like the flow of work especially in the hot season.

What I do like about 4writers is the professional relationship shared by all the parties involved; the customers, the writers, the editors. and the admin. That's the kind of environment I appreciate. Thank you for your nurturing.

The company has many orders on different topics, especially on a hot season. What is really the best is the attitude of the editors and quality control agents as they are always loyal to the writers and kindly explain any uncertaintise. The career growth is fast in case the writer is purposeful and diligently performs all tasks.

@whalebale

How do you know any of this unless you're an employee of that company; and if you're an employee, why don't you use the ID-designation function here and indicate "Company Representative" on your profile?

What I like about the company is the patience of editors and their desire and persistence to improve the quality of my work.

I never encountered "editors" at any essay company and writers who are good enough to do this work in the first place really shouldn't need them. How does that even work with short deadlines? Why would a company hire writers whose work requires editing, especially if their writing needs so much work that it represents an ongoing process and long-term "persistence" on the part of "editors" just to bring the work up to industry standards?

Why would a company hire writers whose work requires editing

I also do not understand this. I have encountered companies who hire editors who would need to extensively edit the projects submitted by the writers. I think it's a waste of time - especially for smaller companies. It's way easier to just finance writers themselves, hire properly, and make them undergo a strenuous screening process. This is also why I think, even when using essay writing companies, writers should have full contact with the client to ensure that the delivery of the work is correct. This removes any erratic misinformation that can affect the quality of the output of the paper.

The companies use editing as an excuse for unreasonably fining the writers. This is also an admission on their part that the writer was hired merely to fill the quota in the writers pool. Desperate for writers, they will practically hire anybody who can type "Jack and Jill went up the hill", regardless of whether the writer understands what he just wrote. Now, since working for writing companies could also be considered a form of modern slavery, I believe that the deductions they apply are all part of the slave labor. That is why I believe that anybody who works for a writing company in general, is in a similar situation to that of a the plantation slave of old.

I enjoy the fact of having much work available to be done and friendly nature of the company's staff.
