S2papers no longer exists as an academic writing company. In fact, it does not exist in any form at the moment. It has been taken down and the domain name has not been resold. The domain name is not listed as for sale anywhere online or offline so I can only assume that the owners have either kept the name paid for under their care or, the name has not expired yet which is why it is not searchable, but not for sale either. Eitherway we should be thankful that the company is no longer around to add to the troubles of the students who are looking for an honest writing company to help them with their academic work.
