No and I wouldn't bother with any online sites. You would be better off doing your own work cos these sites are rip off merchants. I do understand the time and workload factor but these web sites will take your money and leave you down badly. Then you end up threatening them to have the bank reverse the charges & report them to the police but not before you are rushing at the very last minute to do your work yourself.

Ive used them and they are quite good actually but there are 2 problems with them, 1 is that they only do 5 or 6 areas and the other they dont have many writers. My advice would be to shop around

lets see how they do but ukessays says a lot about itself, we'll see how good they really are

ok got back to university this week to revise for my exams and managed to get my essay results, here it goes -

ukessays.co.uk - 3000 word paper for £360 for what was supposed to be a 2:1 essay i got 49% which is a third

another uk company which if i mention will be blanked out but they did ok and i got 54% with them but for them too i paid £288 for a 2500 paper at 2:1 standard

Finally with s2papers.com i paid £210 for 2500 word paper and this essay got 72%. ok these people did well but i put in an order for them to do another essay for my IT module but they replied that they have no one qualified in IT, ahh thats great i suppose, Who do i go to now??

none of the essays were plagiarised but since ukessays.co.uk guarantee a 2:1 i'll see if i cant get a chunk of my money back.

That may have been your experience with whichever site you used but you really don't have any basis for making those kinds of accusations about an entire industry based on your problems with one order on one site. I know nothing about that site but I know for a fact that your advice doesn't apply to any of the companies that use my services.

Seeker, I thought to give you the benefit of the doubt but you have thoroughly exposed yourself.

Of the three companies you asked about, you only mentioned the full URL for one of them in your thread title (the least known and inarguably ESL one).

You placed an order with all three (first time I hear of a customer simultaneously using three different websites).

You then came back and reported that the least expensive one (the company whose URL you mentioned 4-5 times), earned you the highest grade.

Sorry - I just don't believe you and am convinced that this entire thread was a lead up to your last post.

If you want to prove me wrong, please provide the order number for the essay you purchased through AA - am sure that one of their people (frequent posters) will be able to confirm or deny.

i dont seem to understand what you are saying but once the refund issue with ukessays is resolved i will gladly provide the order number.

I only found one thread that mentioned them and there was little info there. I'm not asking for an advertisement, just for the facts of personal experiences with them. Did they actually pay? Did they pay on time? Things like that are what I'm wondering about.

Hmm... almost answering my own question but I checked out the address mentioned on the website - it's supposedly in Sheffield Business Park. When I spoke to Sheffield Business Park, there's no business called S2papers based there, neither does Unit 6 even exist.

What a flipping waste of time!

im not a writer but did apply to them to see if they were for real but they told me they only take on people who work in universities. I did get a bit suspicious and did my own investigation on them but their ip address is indeed from sheffield and the number they have is a sheffield number 0114. Dont know what to make of them.

well actually it does exist at sheffield business park or at least did in march. I live in Rotherham and applied to them and after seeing my CV they said i would have to come in and sit a couple of tests. They are near surefreight international. I didnt get in though :( , never mind :)

I just found this on wikipedia. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sheffield_Business_Awards It gave an award to this firm.The Community Education Award. Excellence in Academic Writing: S2Papers.com Could this be genuine?

Of course it isn't. There are no awards in this industry and any company which invents an award, claims itself the recepient and then publicises it, is nothing but a scam. Stay away ... far away.

Just phoned up sheffield business awards, spoke to a nice lady who took her time checking past award winners, and guess what. she never heard of s2papers.

Good job, LZ! Now THAT is how a potential customer should investigate a site.

Just visited their website and they don't claim to have sheffield business award. One would image such a prestigous award would have been displayed on the homepage.

I came to the conclusion that almost ALL writing services are scam!
I purchased my first paper from S2paper, i read some good review about them thinking they should be ok, well, the work was ok, i certainly wouldnt say great as i only had a pass, and they delivered later than the time they promised which is certainly very typical now that i read a lot of other comments from this site but it was ok too as i didnt order it at the last minute.

The paper seen to be written from a journalist for the newspaper or some sort, (certainly not the academic level) as the writer used one reference for 2 pages writiting, it looked like a report rather than a research paper! and i end up had to spend hours to add more reference and alter the grammar to make it 'real', but it was ok too as i was in the hospital at that time so i was in desperation on that paper so adding a few more reference was definitely better than having to research for the whole paper but what really upset me was, i asked and paid for 3500 words 'excluding' reference but guess what, i had received 3300 words 'including' reference. When i confronted them, they simply told me they understand most universities will accept 3500 words+/- 10% so simply told me to 'suck' it! and the email reply was not very polite too!

If you want to consider this company, well, unless-- you are not in a hurry , you have patience and time to change the 'tone' of the paper and you dont mind them writinng less than you pay for, then sure, otherwise, i will stay away from it. They have been very dishonest about their 'product' and taking advantages mainly from students who might be in need with the writing services.

On the contrary it could have been a good paper turned into a mediocre one but I guess we'll never know. He should have shown it as a draft and gained some views and then taken action but he cant do that now.

Very dishonest about their product ??? Are you kidding me ? When considering my law dissertation few months back (I did it myself in the end) this was a company I considered and had a consultation with their solicitor and whilst I agree the quote they gave me was scary they were upfront and truthful.

How do you know they only have 1 serious writer ? You need to post your work and receipt to stop people thinking you're a competitor

This company is quite good. I'm not promoting them. I'm just giving my honest opinion about them. They helped with my dissertation last summer. They do take ages to pick up the phone though and they don't cover many subjects.

But, really, a disavowal means nada w/o some facts. To start, what was your dissertation on? Were you sure about the writer's capabilities from the start? Did you request many edits? Good value for the price? What did your committee make of the work? Let your imagination run wild

my dissertation was in business management. No i was not sure of the writer's capabilities. I did not request any edits. I did not need them. I think it was good value in the end, it was not cheap though and I am now into my overdraft. The committee has not looked at it. Its not how my university works. The supervisor marked it and then a second person marked it. They both gave me a 2:1.

@tomwilks, it's obvious you are s2 rep, not a student; you guys come fraudulently here a couple of times a year to pretend to be students. Take a look what you posted under other usernames in the past to see the pattern.

@tomwilks, "Business management" isn't a dissertation, it's a textbook. Maybe your supervisor meant it's a 2:1 ratio of nonsense to ineptitude, and you've really been granted no degree at all.

i meant business management was the theme of my dissertation. I have been granted a degree. You dont have to believe me. It makes no difference to me.

While the limited writing field of the company remains a problem for them. I believe that they keep the scope of work limited because their writers are also limited in expertise. Rather than fooling the clients into believing that their writers are the second coming of Christ, they tell the truth, which the clients appreciate. Their client care is exemplary. They have highly respectful agents on the phone and I have yet to come across a previous client of theirs who became cross with the service.

Cite, who cares what you believe, or how respectful you think someone sounds on the phone? You want to post something useful? Stick to the facts! You obviously haven't ordered an essay from this place, nor could you judge its quality if you did.
