They seem somewhat legit. They use paypal and have a "list" of writers that you can choose from, which shows their pseudo names and where they graduated from. The prices are steep ($28/pg)...but maybe they are legit?
Oh, if anyone is worried about the "spammer" tag, I thought it was funny that one could pick that as an option...so I did. After perusing this site more, I realize that may not have been wise. Anyway, I'm not sure I give a **** whether the site I asked about is legit anymore...as I have hopefully found many ACTUAL writers using this site and essaychat. I have yet to see a response, so we shall see. Furthermore, it appears as if pretty much all of the websites that turn up in the first few pages of google are gonna be BS. Cheers!
This site uses common layout and design theme shared by a dozen of other services (so their marketing approach is quantity, not quality). There's no mention about the formal / registered company name or company location (which usually means it's not the US/UK/Australia). $28 per page is not a steep price for a PhD-level research. You may try to start a live chat and ask about more details (post the results here ;).

A very simple, though rather original web design of the website is a good approach for attracting clients. Though if to look closer one can notice many disadvantages here, as the information about the services is poor enough.
It's really better to connect with a support guys and find out about their services. Good companies usually answer at once.

I notice that their main page makes a pretty big deal about the fact that they "focus exclusively" on post-graduate work and specifically says that they don't do any high school or junior college projects, but their pricing page lists prices for high school and undergraduate essays. The copy isn't too bad except for a lot of missing commas that I wouldn't expect from an entity offering post-graduate-level writing.

I had a quote from them and backed out as it was rather expensive and their true location is unknown. I don't trust those free / fake phone numbers.
