SCAMMERS !!!

"My assignment service" provides the WORST customer service to their customers. They are running a SCAM. So please DO NOT EXPECT quality work from them.

Currently, they are having a HUGE number of customers and that's the reason they DON'T EVEN CARE about losing a few customers.

There's ZERO customer satisfaction. They DON'T VALUE any customers.

All they WANT is your HARD-EARNED MONEY. They will never DENY you for any assignment to work on, even if they don't know ABCD of that assignment.

They just need MONEY, come what may. They have created their POLICIES / TERMS & CONDITIONS in such a way that the CUSTOMER IS EXPLOITED in all aspects. They DON'T have any "QUALITY CONTROL" programme, all they do is CHARGING $180 from customers for a 2000 words assignment by assuring you HD scores and provides only $40 - $50 to their writers. They have a HUGE PROFIT MARGIN.

They have a POOL OF WRITERS and the task is given to the writer who OFFERS THE LOWEST PRICE for your task to be done. Now imagine the QUALITY OF YOUR ASSIGNMENT made from them. Also, THEY WILL NOT REFUND your money IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES even if you have badly failed in that assignment or even if are required to repeat that subject due to fail grade.

In some cases, they might offer you a 50% refund but that too will be credited in your WALLET (NOT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT), so the same money again goes to them. This will take 10 business days to reflect money in your WALLET. Do not EXPECT it immediately.

Also, they will NEVER connect you to the writers who is working on your assignment and therefore you will never get a chance to speak to your own writers to explain any complex part of your assignment and/or how it needs to be done. All your supportive notes are viewed and modified by some poor-quality customer representatives before it reaches to your original writer.

THIS IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. SO, I WANT TO SAY YOU IS THINK BEFORE GIVING ANY TASKS TO THEM.

I don't know anything about the company, but this describes a business model that probably represents the vast majority of this industry: companies that put all of their effort and resources into maintaining a continuous flow of disappointed first-time/last-time customers.

I feel as though the saddening part is how commonplace these scams have been for this industry. This is more of a reminder to students to be extra cautious with which companies to trust in the long-run.

I take it that the OP used the service without doing his due diligence beforehand. A student who is looking to hire a writing company should be sure to check into the company reviews, FAQ section on the website, and their terms and conditions prior to signing up with them. All of the information required that could give the potential client an idea as to how this company does business can be found in the FAQ and TOS of the site. As for the review, I would never ask a student to sign up with a service that cannot be verified or vouched for by my peers or forums such as ES. I understand that the student feels cheated and would like to scream bloody hell into the faces of the company owners. However, it really sounds like he is more to blame in this instance. Everything he says that happened to him could have been avoided. He was just in a rush to hire a company and had little to no budget allotted for the project. That's the main reason why he hired the company. He wanted to get quality work at discount prices. That is never going to happen. Discount prices always amount to sloppy work. That is the reality of the situation. I am just sad he had to learn that lesson the hard way.

I fully disagree with the opinion written above. I have also taken their service for my assignment. I have firstly cleared everything that I wanted. Also, i have clearly told them my deadline and they just did as it is i said. You guys need to first clear your mind and ask your expert who is doing your assignment that how they will proceed. Accordingly, you can take a decision early stage.

They seem to be making this mistake often these days. It is not uncommon for them to represent themselves both ways. I think they are not properly briefed on their job requirements. They are also not informed about how to register themselves properly when participating in forums like ours. It would be in the best interest of these companies to assign someone to sign up the "students" first, then just give them the codes to access the forum. Allowing them to sign up by themselves shows the incompetence of the people attached to the firm, be he a writer or a shill.

My guess is it's their company owners/principals, themselves.
