bestdissertation.com I just paid them? is it FRAUD? What shall I do?

Yesterday I ordered a paper with bestdissertation.com. I paid them yesterday with my credit card. Now I am not able to access their website anymore from both of my computers.

So I started googling and I came here.

Is bestdissertation.com really fraud????

I am reading all these threats here, but am not sure how people are certain it is fraud? Did anyone ever get a paper delivered from them?

PLEASE help with suggestions?
Can I get my money back from Visa? it is 24h ago now.

I just spoke to them, cancelled my order.
Then I had someone call me who wanted to know why.
They guaranteed me that my credit card will not be charged.

What do you guys think of that? Is that legit?

I think you must call your Bank or Credit Card department....

Well, because they are liars and crooks from Ukraine who pose as Americans in order to trick people into ordering, that's why.

I contacted Visa already, but noone there anymore to help at that hour in Europe. Will try in the morning. Thanks!

They have a staff of ESL writers that trust me, do not come anywhere near a hundred writers of dissertation level. They barely have 50 writers that can write the most basic English paper. Scour the web and you will find complaint after complaint about this company. Students figure out too late that the company is not what it seems to be. Do not be swayed by the glossy anchor page. There is nothing behind the glossy curtain.
