UK India WritingThey refused to give me any refund

do not use them

they work under the name

Rising Market Solution
i paid them to

They are not in UK, I think in India, they do not give their phone number to you and when they call you can hardly hear them.

They are refusing to give me a refund, can someone suggest what should I do? I can not do chargeback....

I can not do chargeback....

Why not? And why do you need multiple threads to discuss the exact same issue?

Why not?

I think that he/she stupidly did a bank transfer.

Yes, i paid to their bank account because did not want to give my personal details by paying via PayPal

So, you thought it would be safer to send them a non-refundable bank transfer--which typically contains sensitive information in and of itself--instead of a payment using a service that it is notoriously easy to use anonymously or with a fake identity?

My sympathy level for you just dropped to zero. Please go play in traffic.

They wanted me to pay by PayPal which meas that I had to give them my real name and address - I did not want this

they also said they want me to send them my passport and bill for checking - no way I m doing this

I understand your concerns. I don't understand why you thought a bank transfer was a viable alternative.

The above company is a total scam, I ordered a essay which they promised to complete in 10 days. The deadlines past, the essay was never to be been. It finally arrived after my deadline and when I asked them for a refund, I was told that they do not offer a refund and they also advised me that the paypal won't refund my as they have a contract with paypal not to refund.

What a f*** liars.
Never use this service a total scam and waste of money and time.

It's increasingly amusing to read about students' bitter experiences with these phony websites. Considering that these websites apparently outnumber the grains of sand in the Sahara Desert, I am intrigued by how/why so many of them continue to be in business - even more so than many legitimate freelance writers.

For the umpteenth time, I advise that students should be more discerning when looking to get help for their papers. It is less risky to identify and hire a good freelance writer here, than to blindly trust any of these shady 'companies'. The chances of getting swindled are considerably less when you hire a freelance writer whose writing ability and consistency can be reasonably discerned beforehand.

Antarch, Antarch, absolutely wrong, again. Why does everything have to be so black and white with you? Its either one way or the other and nothing in between. There are some very good companies where I am contracted - they have physical addresses and identities that are verifiable in a number of ways. They make up an important component in my income mix of freelance and company based work. So please don't speak of things that you do not know, especially when you are cutting into everybody else's bread and butter.

Your chances of getting swindled are high if you don't do a minimal amount of homework. I can't think of another industry beyond used auto sales where the term 'buyer beware' applies more. The proper thing to do is to verify who is doing the work. There are many ways to do this.

Of course, Antarch will get his panties in a bunch and, if he responds, will say something nonsensical about my racist campaign against Nigerians. Yawn.

That is absolute nonsense. Sorry.

Hey writers2beware, would you mind explaining why you think that is nonsense? Genuinely interested since I'm thinking about looking for someone to complete a dissertation section or two for me and I really need excellent quality.

The problem is that the students do not find ES until after the scam has been completed. So your advise is after the fact. It won't help the student anymore. He already learned his lesson and will definitely be more careful when hiring writers going forward. It is senseless to tell them to vet the writers when they did not know they had to do it in the first place. Lessons are learned only after the problem has become next to impossible to fix.

You have been had. That company comes straight out of India. They hire third rate writers from across the 3rd world. You were enticed by their cheap rates right? You thought you would be getting a bargain with those rates? Nope. The cheaper a service is, the more suspicious you should be. A high quality writer will never use discounted rates. He values the quality of his work too much to price it cheaply. That is not to say that all expensive writers are quality writers though. You still have to use your own judgement by interviewing the writer prior to hiring.
