Ok :) Isle of Man is this tax-free British territory. Most foreign companies (and foreigners) buy addresses there for about 50 pounds a year. They do so to appear British and avoid 1) taxation and 2) UK Consumer Protection laws. Dealing with an Isle of Man registered company is not, by any means, a good idea.

The testimonials appear to be fabricated.

The verisign seal doesn't give much confidence ' when considering the validity of a business.The logo can be had for free via any search engine image page. While there was a time when that image ' represented trust and the integrity of a business,that is no longer so. Just consider it another weapon in a fraudulent company's arsenal .

There are several questions that remain about the change in work slant of this company that the student should consider before working with the merged company.
