My review and experience with with ESSAYSREASY

I would like to share my experience with this website & I will leave the judgments for you, and I have kept all the communication with them in my mail, in case you would like me to send them to anyone of you.

My story begin when I placed an order for dissertation & proposal with this website, and here is my initial request:

"Before I pay I need your confirmation that you will support my dissertation including (choosing the topic, writing the proposal, writing the dissertation, correct or apply any required changes or comments from the professor & provide a progress reports to see how is the progress on writing the dissertation), I have attached sample files & requirements please let me know if I need to highlight any points & or clarify anything." , & I have got a very supportive cooperation, dedication, & a lot of promises that I will get A+ & if the quality of the paper is not good or it was delayed , or even if they cannot do my paper then I can refund my money,

AS you can see below the timeline for my order with ESSAYSREASY:

1- I have placed an order for a dissertation & proposal under condition of (applying the comments of the adviser & check the sample ones as you can see in my initial order)

2- The writer after one week marked the order as completed to be able to share the file, however the main order was not completed or even started (the desertion)

3- The writer completed the proposal

4- 1 day after getting the proposal (I have provided the feedback from the adviser which was totall not good)

5- The writer revised the paper again.

6- 1 day after I have provide the comments from the adviser saying that (I can't have a MBA dissertation without collecting primary data like survey / interviews? Etc). & that was the case in all the provided sample proposal & dissertations; moreover we have agreed to apply all the requirements from the adviser.

7- The manger confirmed to me that my paper with be revised & sent back.

8- 2 Days later the writer told me it is imposable to be done & it was not part of the initial agreement.

9- For more than 1 week, I have tried to convince him, contact the manger, contact the customer care to solve this issue as it will impact me dissertation, & no one was listening & the writer ignored all my massages & the manger as well exactly.

10- Due to their cooperation I have failed when I was thinking that I will get A+.

11- I have asked for refund since they have failed to get my paper as I requested, & they cannot do my dissertation since they failed to get the proposal approved, & that was the main order.

12- I have received one short massage

"Dear client,
The writer performed a paper according to your initial instructions. However, you were requesting revision by revision adding new instructions and requirements. Unfortunately, no refund can be issued in this case."

13- I have for more than one week contact them again to explain to them but they ignored all my mails, however after 2 weeks of follow up & when I have showed them that that was part of the initial order they sent me another short massage

"Dear client,

the deadline for any type of request (refund, revision etc) is limited to 7 days from the moment the order is submitted. This time period has already passed. Therefore, we will not be receiving any claim regarding this specific order."

14- I have tried to explain to them that my main order did not been started yet as the writer only work the proposal & failed to get it write but did not start the dissertation yet & I have paid for both 15000 words but again they have ignored my mails, even I have asked them tell what was the thing that I have done wrong to disserve to be failed & not get my money back but again they ignored me.

Finally you have to bear in mind 3 points:

1- The order was not completed as it shown in their system & this is not my mistake as their writer did that to be able to send me some files.

2- The main order which is the desertion was not even started.

3- The writer refused to do the requirements of the initial agreements.

Moreover I have explain to you all the details to the customer care pretending that I am a new customer & according to the customer care I am eligible for refund,

So for now I have shared my story so you do not have a similar one "They failed me, disrespect me by ignoring me & not give me the chance to communicate with them , & finally stole my money when they refused to refund me knowing that they did not deliver any think.

Muhamed, call your bank and start a chargeback at once. If you paid via PayPal, contact them and explain that you want a refund as the service you ordered and paid for was not delivered. If you know the name of their payment processor, contact them as well.

What do you expect when ordering from a potentially fraudulent site?

I talked to the operator yesterday and expressed that I need the document reviewed within 12 hours-the deadline was today 11:00 a.m. When I have contacted them at 10:45 a.m. they said that it wouldn't be ready. When I asked for refund they said that they could be late 3 hours per their customer agreement and there would be no refund. I specifically expressed yesterday during the conversion with the operator that my deadline today is 11:00 a.m.

I worked with many editing companies. It had never happened to me. This company is a joke (they didn't answered the phones today and i had to go online to chat with rude service rep) .

Thanks for the warning. It has all the hallmarks of a scam site ie cheap prices, the standard of writing also raises concerns ie "In order to avoid any potential plagiarism when using the original sources, we incorporate special software to check every assignment and deliver you the original and analytically rich paper"

There are claims that the writers of this company come out of China, India, or some ESL related country. Even worse, it appears that the writers have only an elementary ESL grasp of the language, leading to failed papers. The company has not even tried to hire somewhat skilled writers at this point. The owners are already satisfied with scamming their clients at every step, never giving refunds nor revisions. It is a company that proudly announces it is a scam. So beware of hiring them, you will definitely get scammed.

It appears that the owners of the company are now finding themselves on the receiving end of a DDS attack. The page is impossible to load. The server is not responding. Since an Err: Hostname not resolved page is coming up when I try to access the site, rather the page keeps trying to load, it is highly possible that someone is trying to take the company down. This could be a personally instigated attack on their own server to prevent the students whom they have fooled into hiring them from getting refunds or, they are truly being taken down by competitors or their own upaid writers who happen to have a knack for the dark web. Whatever is truly happening at the moment is none of our business. However, the turn of events prove to be a blessing for the students who might still stumble upon their active url for potential service consideration.
