For question that are repeated each semester, the site sells those well written solutions cheaply, and one can view a significant part of the paper before making a purchase. Well, the OP did admit that the service is run by Kenyans by indicating the country in parenthesis as a part of the title.

So there is full transparency in the post. It is up to the students if they want to waste their money with Kenyan writers or, if they want to pay for a productive paper by going with a true ENL writer.

Kenyans can't be faulted for trying to make a buck off the students.

They should be condemned for not delivering value for money though.

I still don't get how a student would end up trusting a Kenyan writer considering all the continuous bad press they have been getting for as long as I can remember. The country is practically synonymous with academic scams. Somehow, the students don't seem to catch on. This website in particular, claims to have a highest quality guarantee, which immediately tells me they cannot be trusted. Their blurbs are written by copywriters who are required to insert their broken English keywords into the paragraphs, and the side window contains so much "Loren Ipsum" that it is obvious the site has lost its way and its owners have no interest in fixing it because the con is working just the same. I cannot believe the numbers they claim to have with regards to successful clients because the site does not instill any confidence in me that I will be getting a highly educated ESL writer, I most definitely saw that they do not hire ENL writers at that company just from the site set-up alone.

There appear to be 2 sets of Kenyans. Those who think themselves highly educated, and those who are willing to steal to make a living. The Kenyans who manage to get a proper education do their best to achieve great things for themselves by leaving the country either as graduate students or as overseas workers. These are the Kenyans who have earned my respect.

Then, there are the Kenyans who have devious minds. These are the ones who work for these types of academic writing companies. They believe that because they can put English words together on the screen, that qualifies them as professional writers. I will salute them for wanting to improve their lot in life by pursuing higher education outside of their home country. I will admire them for their desire to each a living.
