About The Paper Experts

Does anyone know if the paper experts is a fraud or not? I used google and found out some other writing companies, however, I found out that they we're mostly fraud, and then I found out about the paper experts. Furthermore, I searched on Essayscam.org and didn't find any relevant posts about paper experts = fraud. Therefore, can anyone suggest if this is a fraud website or not? Thank You

I paid over $500 for specialized service by a so-called expert with a Masters level education. The paper I received was a disaster. It wasn't even a passing paper. The quality was terrible and they left mandatory items out. The would return phone calls or emails and no type of compensation was offered. I received better papers by sites that charged half as much. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! You have been warned.

Requesting a review for purposes of aiding one in determining which site to patronize is not allowed. It is equivalent to a recommendation, which is against forum rules. The purpose of this forum is to give defrauded customers and writers a voice.

The Paper Experts, a scam?

I went to paper experts today, thinking that it would be a 'good' site, however, the service was going to be about $299.5, this is how I calculated

26.95/pg, ten page, so that is exactly $269.9

Furthermore, delivery options include by email, US$2/pg (I know it's a ripoff)

and a Receive article Sources $0 (it should be $20, and $10 PER article, however, I provided all the notes, because I don't really have the time to write my essay).

So that is $269.9+20, or $269.9+30, which equals to:

$289.9, or $299.9

However, when they calculated it, it became

Price: US$319.50
Extra: US$ 30.00
Adjustment Fee: US$80.00

which finally became:

$429.50, and they charged it instantly when I called my credit card company
Without having me to sign the paperwork that they sent to me, the receipt and things like that, furthermore, because they said that they are a Canadian company, the receipt said that it was: $536.88 (CAN) I don't even know if they would charge US or CAN.

Furthermore, they sent a E-Mail of *****62 purchase agreement, while it should be *****60 purchase agreement.

Therefore, is this Fraud? By giving me a price of $429.50 or $536.88, when I calculated it to be $289.0 or $299.0

I mean, the Email thing is ridiculous, If I had a desktop, Email the copy, takes 10 seconds
I have a voltage of 120V on my outlet, PC usually takes about 1.1A or 1.3A, estimation
120*1.3A=156W, ok

If I had a Frypan of 1200W and used for about 10 hours, it would only cost $2.07 electricity, imagine how many Frypan I could use at the same time for 10 hours and would cost $20 dollars, about 10 Frypans.

Better not waste my time on them and finish the paper by myself, sad, how can a history, paper about communism cost $450?

yes, AVOID the paper experts. they claim to charge a certain amount per page and then charge more after your order ("adjustment"), and they don't even state they make an adjustment on its web site (if they actually do, it's definitely hidden somewhere).

the quality of the paper was garbage, too. my paper was written by writer ID #207 who supposedly has over 10 years of writing experience as well as a Ph. D [thepaperexperts.com/writers/mary.shtml]. my a^ss! the paper was incoherent, extremely poorly referenced, and did not conform to my instructions.

finally, i got an unauthorized charge on my credit card a few days I received my paper. my guess is some shady employee used my credit card info. coincidence? possibly, but i have reason to accuse them as i left harsh feedback after receiving such a BS paper that i paid so much for.

the paper experts don't have experts at all. it's an overpriced, fraudulent, and flaky essay-writing company. beware of their sister site, essayexperts.com. they have various other domains, but they all use the same order template so that's how you can tell. watch out!

Charging for email delivery = joke
Adjustment = sick joke
If the company referred to really does any of that, you should request a CHARGEBACK immediately and go to their payment processor's website and submit a comprehensive and detailed complaint.

I'm curious if anyone has ever received a refund after receiving a poorly written paper? Would your credit card company offer any fraud protection especially if the company claimed to be a U.S. company and you could prove it was from the Ukraine or somewhere else? That would be one of my first calls anyway!

they are definitely a scam ! unfortunately i found out the hard way they robbed me
they are absolutely horrible evil people i paid the money and they assured me the paper would be written, then five days later said they cannot write the paper and refuse to issue a refund and said they will only give a credit. well if they cannot write the paper why would i want a credit !

omg ! that is terrible, yes you are right, i unfortunately am going through the same problem, they kept charging more and more fees for a graduate paper, and then five days later said they cannot write the paper, and have refused to give a refund saying they will only give a credit. why would i want a credit if they could not even write the first paper !!!

is there anything we can do ?
please avoid at all costs ! don't get ripped off !!!

I just used Economicpapers.com (owned by none other than The Paper Experts) and I recieved a 50% completed paper. Their write only answered half of the question, he didn't even answer the economic analysis portion of the paper. All he did was give me a history of my issue. I gave them over a week to do the paper. (not a long one either, only 3 pages long total). They told me that they couldnt finish the paper and that I would receive a credit towards another paper. Why the hell would I want to use thier services again if they f'd me over the first time?! Serious morons.

Sorry, a little warning for the long rant >.<;

They are extremely awful and very rude after you pay them! I had an issue with my paper because it wasn`t properly cited and filled with quotation and this girl on the phone YELLED at me, because to her I didn`t inform them that it should be cited and I didn`t inform them that there should be no quotations! (its an academic paper, and I chose the APA format..so you would think by common sense since you clicked this format button, they would follow the APA format properly) when I said this to her, she flat out screamed at me, to the point that I had to raise my voice and yell at her so she can shut up and hear me out?! She then got offended and threatened me by not sending my references (which I paid an extra fee for). So we are having this argument where im telling her your violating your contract from this end since I paid for references to be send, not only the articles (my writer for some reason chose to use two books). Also in the website, at the frequently asked questions, it says 'If you modify the requirements in any way (such as asking for a new section or a different topic) then we can add to or change your paper through a "rewrite service" which comes with a nominal fee we can quote you at that time. Since according to her, im modifying my weird requirements?! I was also not granted that. I was verbally abused and screamed at like a little child. I`m still extremely shocked over the customer service, where when I had a chance to speak, I always get interrupted. I had to tell her to LISTEN to me first! They are so nice when you talk to them but once you pay, they don`t bother asking about you. Also, at the frequently asked questions, it says that you can speak to the write, which I wasn`t allowed.

They claim that they have PHDs and MAs writing the paper, but the quality of the paper was not of that level at all. The material used was not in that level either. (I`m a research assistant so I know how to write) they gave me a paper which was only 7 pages, had 6 quotations (one of the quotations was a paragraph!) and some sections were summarised over and over but worded differently.

While their claim that it isn`t a foreigner writing this paper is true but they forgot to mention that its written by white trash. I rather have a foreigner writing the paper (since I would never submit it like the way it is anyways) than deal with the headache that I dealt with.

They also don`t inform you when they cancel your request for revisions, they just cancel them! And there is no management, its only one person.

I also got charged extra fees after I paid, and when I argued saying that the website doesn`t mention extra fees. She apologized and told me that we cant process your order until it gets paid and when I asked for a refund, she said that it isn`t refundable because I ordered a paper??!!! What does that suppose to mean? And it isn`t like they give you a $20 extra fee, I paid around $150.

Anyways, the only reason I took the time to write this is because of the customer service. I never had someone yell at me like that and insult me. Since there is no management, no one is recording the conversation so they can treat you however they want and you can`t do anything about it since you already paid.

I would have to say that I am amazed this company has managed to stay in business. I mean, they have one of the worst images of all the scam companies. Their reputation in fact, precedes them. Mention them to any student and it seems they have had a negative experience with them at least once. Which is why I was shocked to see all of the positive reviews for their services on their website. Then I remembered, they pay their own writers to pose as students to write the glowing reviews for their company. So the reviews are in effect, fake. Students should not believe any of the hype provided on their website. Use their services at your own risk.

As a company that services the students in the Greater Los Angeles area, it would appear that the company is on the level with regards to its existence as a business. The one red flag that defeated all of the positives the company claims to have was the fact that they have an easily found and accessible Resolution Form. What does that tell me? It tells that the company has way too many problems when it comes to revision requests and refund demands. So they created the automated form to stop wasting the time of their client services officers when it comes to addressing these issues. It is quite possible that the forms even end up in a trash heap that is ignored by the company. Nope. When a company has a banner flashing RESOLUTION FORM at me, I will immediately go look for another company to deal with. That is not the company being transparent. That is the company telling you to deal with our writers at your own risk. Nope. It does not work that way for any student looking for a reliable and legitimate service.
