I several essays from a sample essay service.
The work I received so far was both good and bad,
I do believe this company has good and bad writer like every other companies .
I bought an essay the 11th that was due on the 14th at 11:00 am. The writer sent me a message the 14th at 10:31 to tell me that he had difficulty with my essay.
I am sorry but what exactly I am supposed to then? How am I supposed to help him 29 min before the due date?
I received my essay the 14th at 5:57 pm ,behind the deadlines.
I requested a rewriting, after reading through the essay and realizing that the essay wasn't answering the requirements.
The writer sent me another message and once again I tried my best to clarify, and I gave another deadline: the next day by 11:00am
It has been more than 48 hours now that I contacted the customer service and I haven't received any response. I don't have any response from the writer either.
I tried to call the company, I tried to call network student resources .I left messages. Nobody is contacting me back
When it comes to the quality of the essay,I understand that things happen. When it comes to not meeting the deadlines without explanation and to not be able to reach customer service ,by mail or by phone I think that is unprofessional .
I used different writing services before and that is the first time that I receive an essay past the deadlines and I am unable to reach customer service
Now I would like to know if I will ever have my essay.
