Surely, I know that there is no such sites that we can trust, but among them, which site has a smallest scam statistics?
I have used master paper, and I am going to order some scientific research paper like a form of rewriting since I am still working on it, but it is hard to conclude all parts that I made,

I have a paper to turn in today for a college course, and the paper they gave me sounds like something 8 year old put together. The quality is horrible and the company refused to revise my paper. Unqualified idiots are writing for the company & I have had a couple of friends who have also had problems with the site.

So you use them until they screw something up? Why didn't you post when they did a good job on your or your friends paper?

That is not the point! A scam is a scam, regardless of the statistics! A student should not have to deal with them for any reason. Not even if they have the least rate of complaints and scams available. They are still ripping off the students. You cannot use the words professional and reliable in the same breath as fraud sites. There is no such thing !

The OP's ESL English makes it a little difficult to understand, but his premise was that he believes all essay companies are scams in varying degrees, but that some of them might provide decent work more often than others; and he was hoping to find one of the more reliable ones even if it's the case that none of them is entirely scam-free. There are essay companies that aren't necessarily scams, per se; but anytime you use any company with hundreds of different writers, the quality of the work that you receive will always depend on which of their many writers takes the project off their assignment board, which means the same company might provide decent work on one project and horrible work on another.

The company for which I did the most writing before going completely independent definitely wasn't a scam; nevertheless, I encountered plenty of requests along the lines of "I'm placing another order for the same project because the writer who wrote it for me the first time is terrible and shouldn't even call himself a writer. Please do NOT allow [Name of Writer] to write my project again!" I also had the opportunity to see some of those projects and I really wouldn't blame a customer for assuming that the whole company was a scam judging by that project, especially if that project was his only experience with the company.

It is a misnomer to look for a professional and reliable fraud site. The definition of the word "fraud" already disqualifies it from being professional or reliable. There is no way to respond to this post in an accurate manner. It is almost as if the OP was asking people to respond using lies for some reason. There will always be frauds regardless of whether it is a site or a freelancer. So one should not look for the almost impossible in this business. Both will claim to be reliable and professional, but it is only after one uses the service that he will learn if the claims are true or not. It is not possible to name a reliable website in this case, specially among the fraudulent sites.

As I tried to explain about two years ago, the OP obviously wasn't actually asking for a "reliable fraud site." He was simply asking for a legitimate company that might be most likely to deliver a good essay, despite the fact that no company always delivers satisfactory work on each and every project. The site(s) for which I wrote as a company writer were all legit, in that they never stole money from customers or blackmailed them or allowed writers to deliver plagiarized essays.They also required writers to provide rewrites anytime they failed to follow instructions and they always fully refunded customers for any projects that never got taken off the assignment board by any writer by their posted deadlines. So, in that sense, they were completely legitimate companies and not "fraudulent"; nevertheless, as I explained in my earlier post above, there were definitely instances when customers complained about receiving bad essays and, occasionally, I took projects that were clearly those customers' second attempts at ordering the same project, in which cases I got to see the terrible essays that they'd received the first time. There were also instances where writers got fired for plagiarism anytime it was caught by the company's scanner and/or anytime clients provided evidence to back up those kinds of complaints; and they definitely had some ESL writers on their roster whose writing I saw in some of those projects that were re-ordered.

Even a legitimate company sometimes gets duped by writers who submit phony samples or credentials (or who have someone else take writing tests for them) and whose work just isn't up to par, once they're hired. All they can do is fire those writers as soon as they discover that their writing isn't good. When a company maintains a roster of 100+ writers, some of them will always be much better than others and some of their hired writers are just trying this kind of job out for the first time without many projects under their belts, besides their own essays from college. Every essay company hires some writers who end up getting fired pretty quickly because their work just isn't good enough. That's obviously not much help to the customers whose projects are involved; but legitimate companies at least try to make good by issuing refunds or reassigning those projects. Legit companies respond to valid complaints appropriately and honor their posted guarantees. Fraudulent companies take customers' hard-earned money with no intention of ever actually delivering an essay, and/or they know that all of their writers just copy/paste from Wikipedia, and/or they use their customers' information to blackmail them into dropping completely legitimate complaints about unsatisfactory work. I believe that's the distinction that the OP was making and that he was simply asking for help finding a legitimate company instead of a fraudulent company, as I've defined and differentiated those two types of companies above, and not a "reliable fraud site."
