I found a bunch of press releases posted with conflicting addresses and different businesses all claiming to be from different places? They did a good job covering their asses where ever they are hiding. The conflicting addresses are suspicious to me for any legitimate company?

Check out some of the other press releases: usnetads.com/owner/byowner.php?owner=jana

I find this website to be highly suspicious in nature. While I can understand when two companies might share the same server, the problem that I have with their set up is that they both offer the same services and of them has the word China in it. This leads me to wonder as to the veracity of their claims that their writers are truly skilled in the topics and fields that their company offers academic assistance for.

For all we know, this is a Chinese writing company, being run out of China, through overseas servers. That makes is scam in my opinion and should not be trusted. They seem to offer way too many services without ample evidence of actually being able to deliver on their promises. I have not heard of any student who used their service so I am confident in saying students are being saved from potential problems because the company is not very popular nor does it seem to rank well in searches.

... they both offer the same services and of them has the word China in it.

Maybe they just have different music preferences.

If this is really what you think, then your opinion, on this and most other matters, should not be trusted. Country of origin, in and of itself, does not make any company a scam in any industry

In the "essay writing" industry it certainly does. If 90% of services from Ukraine or Kenya lie about their country of operation or credentials of their writers, then you can have a pretty good guess about that. Search the forum for dozens or hundreds of examples.

Regarding China, I think the "lie-truth" ratio is not 90% but closer to 20% or even less (Chinese students prefer to work with Chinese writing services so these services have no problem revealing their country of operation).

If 90% of services from Ukraine or Kenya lie about their country of operation or credentials

Then that LIE is what makes them a scam

When think about quality essays, anything that has the term "China-doll" would steer me in the opposite direction. I'm further concerned that the company is named China-Doll Publishing. It isn't a publishing company, and nothing there seems representative of why it would be named as such. That aside, the website is not secure, so there is no real way to know if ordering and paying is protected.

As far as the layout and presentation of the website's content, there's nothing that jumps out as a "scam," but I would be concerned that the OP received a quote from a name different than the company's name or at least the name associated with its method of contact, which is mark@china-doll.org. Further info (see the company's blog) shows Mark Bond as the blog poster and the OP said the quote came from Mengchuan Bond. So... that means "Mengchuan" is most likely using "Mark" as a name that is more appealing to US and UK clients. Not illegal nor proof of a scam, but it does seem deceptive.

I have a colleague who prices orders and sends a payment link for PayPal, but his website is still secure. Any business that exchanges information with clients (or even contractors) should be secure. It's already too easy for breaches to occur, so why hang a sign saying "hack me" --which is what running an unsecure business website silently says. ;)

They certainly are trying to steer people in a different direction. Their tech support has a US based address, but it only a P.O. Box. A properly established US company, specially one that deals with digital technology, will never use a P.O. Box address. That just removes all sense of legality from the company. Only companies with something to hide use a P.O. box for their contact address. In this case, the fact that the other name of the company has the word China in it already tells you that there is something to worry about. Their office information just doesn't have a ring to truth to it. So, I would not trust either of the companies, for any reason. More so because they work on papers on the cheap side. Cheap means zero quality in my book.

Both urls are now unregistered. These are no longer existing as domain names and have not been out up for sale or auction. So I am guessing that the companies are officially closed. I guess that is best. China has some extreme education going on and they are really focusing their educational efforts on pushing AI use in early education. So I can understand why their human academic writing companies may have closed shop. There simply isn't a call for them anymore within the Chinese educational system these days.
