i have seen from all the other posts which ones are not, but which websites are actually ok, that provide you with a decent essay that is not plagiarised etc? or am i hunting the holy grail here?
thanks
Yes
Beware of this web site The Essay <care@theessay.co.uk>. they are frauds
WritersBeware
Theessay.co.uk is owned by Pakistani fraudsters who already got their asses handed to them in US Federal Court.
This is clearly a racial remark..... WB... The perpetually cursed creature from Mordor shall be tried under US Laws for spreading racism....... shame on you WB
WritersBeware
"Racial"? Are you retarded? I simply stated FACT.
Now, go feed your goats.
WB - you wouldn't know a FACT if it slapped you round the face and said: HELLO, I AM A FACT!
'Go feed your goats' when said to a Pakistani is not racist or offensive in the same way 'Go lynch a niggger' when said to an American is not racist or offensive.
Agreed?
IDIOT!
Hi addik, please suggest a genuine website for dissertation service. Can reviews of such services be trusted? thanks!
Ash you are wrong when you say:
"i have seen from all the other posts which ones are not, but which websites are actually ok, that provide you with a decent essay that is not plagiarised etc?"
No. You have seen the ACCUSATIONS against certain sites, often written by posters deliberately trying to disparage them, so you CANNOT ASSUME like an ass than any site slated on here and said to be a scam is actually one. Often, those making accusations are the scammers! Or sacked, crap writers!
A good rule of thumb: always go for a site that is a UK Limited company. Some excellent sites have opted out of this snakepit of na forum and are listed below ('the following websites'). Sites like ***** and **** are fine.
Remember - all accusations here are JUST that. Don't be a dummy and believe what you read on some internet site eh!!!
WRT 16 | 1656 ☆☆ Company Representative
Sites like E-writer and WritemyE are fine.
Mods - should we all begin recommending are own sites?! The imbecilic Researcher and the psychotic Kevin have been recommending their own sites for a while now. BAN THEM!
Mods - should we all be like WRT and throw abuse and insults at other posters all day long? Shall we all start accusing innocent posters of being scammers as WRT does? Shall we all throw childish insults like 'poofter' and 'psycho' around as WRT does? Shall we then burst into tears and demand anyone who exposes us as being liars is banned as WRT does?
As I have said many times, I own no essay sites - certainly no scam sites.
WRT accusing me of being a fraudster is libel and it is against YOUR rules, Mod.
I am being helpful to posters here; WRT is being his usual libellous and vile, insulting, retarded self. Saddo.
BAN WRT!
WRT 16 | 1656 ☆☆ Company Representative
should we all be like WRT and throw abuse and insults at other posters all day long?
I confine my insults and abuses to you and Researcher. Can't help myself - I'm so envious of the two of you! How can I not envy those who live in their own imaginary worlds? As for the absolutely spotless minds the both of you have ... well, what can I say?! I just turn green :)
Shall we then burst into tears and demand anyone who exposes us as being liars is banned as WRT does?
So far you have exposed no one and nothing. Why did I ask the mods to ban you? As any mrn knows - it is because you keep recommending your shoddy sites and, in so doing, are attempting to scam students. BTW - this is not a marketing forum ... take the marketing of your sites elsewhere.
I am being helpful to posters here
As I said ... the boundless joys of living in one's own imaginary world!
accusing me of being a fraudster is libel
It is not libel:
1) it is the truth
2) I can picture you running off to your lawyer, demanding that he sue WRT for insulting MY NAME IS NOW KEVIN :)
Shall we then burst into tears
I think you already are in tears.

Using Freelancing Websites For Your Essay
Hey guys,
I was wondering has anyone had luck using the different freelancing websites out there for your essay?
Thanks.
I had luck some years back when i decided to complete an essay myself.
What are the Newly Created Websites Legit for Writing?
It is crucial to monitor newly created websites so that our members do not get scammed by any chance. Keep live updates for safety of us all. Does anyone know about hiringwriters.com
Essay writing websites by definition are illegitimate. Just write your paper yourself.
Check this one -
essay for me (but they are foreign). Here are several pieces of evidence that the website is legit:
- there is a live chat that is available 24/7 so you can find a representative online at any time
- you can communicate with the person that writes papers for you - to give your instructions and specify the details
- there is a money back policy - you are able to get your money back in case you do not like the essay.
- your private details are protected by the Privacy Policy.
Or better yet, use CustomPapers or other recommended companies, you cannot go wrong with them.
@Amanda_Seal Those are standard features of all the academic writing company websites. There is nothing in that list that indicates the company is legitimate based on that information. Those are all meant to give even the scam sites a semblance of legality and authority. The legitimacy of a writing company should be based more on the company's years of (verifiable) existence and their IP address. If the IP traces back to the UK and the US then maybe, just maybe, it is a legit site and you can take the propaganda on their site at face value. If the IP goes anywhere else in the world, then you know what that means.
While I do agree that writing websites should be considered illegitimate as @PlagiarismIsBad said, these companies and freelance writers do offer a valuable service that students require. Therefore, it's existence is something that must be accepted by the academic community. As it is, there is a sense of this practice being an open secret in the academic world. What the students should question, is whether or not they are getting an actual native English speaker for a writer. So it isn't much a question of legality and legitimacy as it is "ability" of the the company and its writer's to deliver what the website claims it can to the students who wish to use their services.

I'm sure I won't add much that hasn't already been said.
I worked for Academic Knowledge for a couple of years - they were pretty good to work for although I can not speak as to the client experience (other than when the client asked for their thanks to be passed on), however they struggled to find competent writers in the field of nursing.
I wonder if this is a common problem really with the commercial companies, they take on work, guarantee this and that, and then scurry around trying to find a writer on their books that can complete the work.
Anyway, back to the original issue, I had no reason to consider that AK was a scam. They provided clients with a plagiarism report which is a good start and something I would def look for. I did used to get quite a bit of remedial work where other writers had not completed the brief correctly (sometimes due to poor communication) and there was a clear timeline for delivering amendments to the client.
All in all, they were ok from my writer's perspective.
I did look at signing up with some other companies and can see why people are hesitant to use them. I personally set milestone payments- take 25% up front, and then subsequent payments once the milestone is completed. It's not fraud/scam proof but limits exposure a little and generates goodwill between client and myself.
All the best,
David
Hi David! It's nice to finally put a real name to the username. In reference to your inquiry about how these orders get assigned, I think I have some information that might be of interest to you. At the company where I worked, I noticed that some of the orders in the Unassigned Orders list would often stay there, without any writer touching it until a day or two before the deadline. When the deadline looms, the company takes the order out of the list and starts shopping it around to the various writers they have in the active pool.
They claim that the writer was "chosen to be the preferred writer" for the order. Nothing could be further from the truth. I received these types of papers more than 3 times. Each time, I always requested to have it reassigned because it was beyond my expertise. Normally, these would be math related or science related papers that required equations or experiments, respectively.
So, the answer to your question is yes, they do make promises to the client in order to get him to place the order. Then they begin to worry about how to deliver on their promise. The support staff start running around like headless chickens when they can't find someone to assign to the paper.
Hi Smiley,
Thank you - that was an interesting insight and I could easily imagine it happening where I worked. Actually, I wonder if they ever knew if the client's deadline was flexible. Conversation something like:
'David, can you take on this brief that is pretty urgent - we need it done in 2 days.'
'No sorry I have 2 other briefs ongoing at the minute.'
2 days later and the project is still sitting there.
'David the client has said that they could extend the deadline for a week if that helps you.'
'Hmmm...'
Ever find that you spend 1-2 hours answering emails relating to bids about similar stuff?
I certainly do find myself in that position a few times each year David. It normally happens when the "hot" season approaches. The "hot" season at the company means that there is a massive influx of orders and not enough active writers in the pool to go around. There would be times when I would decline a bid that was assigned to me because my plate was already full in terms of the deadline schedule and they would try to entice me with "If it's just the cost, we can offer you a bonus if you deliver the work on-time" or "The client is asking if you need more time to work on the order? He can provide an extension if needed." Both times I still declined to work on the paper. I mean, facing one deadline per day is challenging enough when multiple pages of writing is involved. Adding more to the mix by including research intensive work would make an already bad situation worse.
Normally though, these offers do not come unless the company has exhausted the writer's pool and you are probably one of the last few they have tried to convince to take the order. Now, a legal and "writer plight" sensitive company will take the hint and back off. A scam site, would just keep badgering the writer until he finally caves in to their demands.
Aye, you need nerves of steel smiley, nerves of steel.
Reminds me of the boss calling me late one Friday night. Said he tickets for the football game on Sunday, in the box, etc entertaining. Could I make it, he would have to know very quickly. I called the wife, we both agreed good for the career and all that jazz. I later found out that I had been 3rd in the line lol. Never nice not to be 1st choice lol - call me a sulker lol
David
Granted that it isn't nice to be the last in the phone call line, what matters is that you decided to take the call and the opportunity. I am sure your boss did not forget that. It creates a good relationship with the people that matter and also gives you an opportunity to get to know them outside the workplace. Whether we know it or not, those small stuff tend to add up when it comes to work considerations. At least it did for me. The only problem is, they expected it to be alright to get me out of bed each time just to complete a rush, one hour to deadline order. Which I learned not to appreciate anymore as time went on. Like my mother always tells me, "Don't start if you can't take it all the way." So I became "good old reliable", the go-to writer of the company. Did the football game appearance work for you professionally? I would think that it would.
Hey Smiley,
Aye, nothing wrong with me the reliable one, the go-to trusty pair of hands. Your mother was a wise woman indeed. Discretion is the better part of valour was something my dad used to say. Better to leave alone sometimes if you know you are unlikely to do your best work. 1 hr turnaround sounds horrendous by the way!!!
Totally agree, building a rapport outside of work is good, not something that I ever had the inclination to do really. In my younger days (casts memory waaaay back) I was a creative spirit trapped in an accountant's body, and wanted to distance myself. Later on i was a family man and loved finishing work and getting home. Some might say anti-social lol
The boss was new, he was looking to make his mark and i was content to play along on that occasion. I'm sure the boss appreciated it at the time but the career thing all went pear shaped when I moved back to the UK - deciding to try something different - and here we are lol. The times I used to say to my boss 'sooo...in american football....' to which he would reply, ' you can just call it football' lol.
Keep up the good work folks.
David
Believe it or not David, the one hour turnaround was even reasonable at times. Some clients would give a one hour turn around time and then, as soon as a writer is assigned, they would message me, or some other writer and ask, "Can you get this ready in 30 minutes? I made a mistake in listing the deadline." Now, rather than telling the student to go bugger off, I opt to do the sane thing each time, ask to have the order reassigned and make it clear that I won't howl if penalties are applied. Believe me, it took a lot for me not to howl every time. Did I tell you that the orders are paid 2 weeks later? Yup, the orders are paid late but if there are penalties, they apply it to the current pay schedule. Which means you get docked for "future" penalties in current time. I don't know why I stayed on this long as a freelance company based writer. I guess it was the fear holding me back.
I've accepted a few assignments over the years under these circumstances ("Oh please please help me!) with this kind of turnaround time. Never again, unless they pay a billion dollars up front. It takes 5-10 minutes to review the assignment guidelines and resource files (at least, usually more), open a document and save it to a new unique directory and then begin research and writing. By that time, these types of clients are flooding you with emails (e.g., "Do you need more info?," "Are you sure you're not a scam artist?," "How can I trust you?," "When can I expect my assignment?"), and if you take the time to respond, you'll be late. This is a lose-lose scenario for the most part ... (just my two cents).
This is a lose-lose scenario for the most part
I agree. However, during those times, I was not yet a freelancer and I truly had no idea that I could make a go of academic writing without being affiliated with an academic outsourcing company. I learned to do the job at the school of hard knocks (so to speak). Their way of doing business was the only way that I knew. It was the expected way of doing business with these students as far as I was concerned so I went with the flow and did my best to accommodate the client requirements. They definitely flooded my inbox most of the time so I would often pen messages that went like this: "If you want this paper on time you will shut up and let me work! Stop messaging me every 30 seconds! You will get the paper when you get the paper! You were the one who filed a late order so shut up and let me fix this problem for you!" That normally caught the attention of the student and they would email back one last time saying they would shut up and let me work. Hahaha !
When I started in this industry part-time and then full-time while attending college and working a full- and part-time job in 1981,* I was solo for God nose.** Thank God for the Internet. The first company I dealt with online in 1998 routinely turned down two- and three-page assignments because "they weren't worth our trouble." Jeez. Some of their assignments came by instant message and it didn't matter if I was there or not. That sucked.
I recognized then, as now, that not everyone requires a brand new car every month but most people routinely require maintenance (not to be nebulous). After that, I was lucky enough to hook up with the best essay company in the industry and early on, with the advice and assistance of another poster in here, have managed to carve a premium niche in an otherwise-spurious freelance industry.
Hang in there ... you can do this if you want it. Good luck.

*I just had a kid -- wouldn't you?
**Come on .. that's a joke...
@ProfessorVerb Thank you for the words of encouragement. I consider myself lucky to have found this forum where, although we should consider each other competitors in this field, we have ended up becoming each other's support system instead. While I have yet to gain the trust of a client on my own, I am confident that I can learn from those who came before me in terms of how to win over clients and gain their trust so that begin to carve my niche in this industry. I know that working in this industry won't make me rich. However, I realize that it can help keep me comfortable by making sure that I can somehow pay for my bills. I know I want to do this job in the long term. The question that remains for me to answer is whether or not I will be granted the opportunity to build my client base via my participation at this forum. I can only hope that it happens for me, just as it happened for most of the freelance writers here.
we have ended up becoming each other's support system
Alas, that's never going to happen. If other posters haven't realized it yet, I certainly recognize your increasingly active participation in this forum for what it is:(notwithstanding your claims to the contrary) -- a blatant effort to increase your participation rate to the point where you can communicate with others in this forum to gain market share (even though that's against their TOS). Fine. Who am I to judge? Hell, I even accept and respect the sustained effort -- been there myself. Calling me a liar and fraud, though, will not get you anywhere as far as I'm concerned. I'm as legit as they come and they will miss me when I'm gone...THEN you can have your market share.
While I haven't been as vocal about it as PV, I've also found it very annoying that someone who registered here just 3 weeks ago has been, essentially, spamming every thread on a daily basis, with 100+ posts to date, so that every single thread's last contribution always displays his name. Same goes for an admitted very recent (still hopeful and unproven) entrant into this field presuming to be doling out advice to customers and well-established writers alike, some of whom have been here for a decade or more, deliberately antagonizing PV in the process and all while simultaneously talking about how "we" are all part of a mutually-supportive community.
It's also annoying to read your passive-aggressive (and not-so-passive) and condescending comments from you referring to clients as "lazy" and "incompetent" and related hypocrisy about your having such high "moral standards" about distinguishing certain types of assignments from those that constitute "cheating." Nobody really believes for a second that you honestly believe that anybody pays $30 or $40+ per page of writing just to use the work as part of his "research" or that he'll actually be citing a custom research paper company (or freelance writer) as a "source" in his academic essay. You know exactly why clients pay a premium for quality academic projects and you know exactly what they do with any projects you provide to them. Your claims to the contrary are no different from all of those meaningless "TOS" disclaimers that the commercial websites include strictly on orders from their attorneys to try to create what lawyers refer to as "plausible deniability" that they knew or should have known exactly what their customers intend to do with their product. I've explained in some detail why I don't have an issue doing this for a living and, also, where I would draw the line morally if it ever came up. You can do this work for a living OR you can rail against academic dishonesty in good faith; but spare everybody from gagging on the hypocrisy of your constant self-serving explanation about how writing essays for students "isn't" cheating the same way taking their tests for them is. If you're OK with it, go ahead and try to earn a living as an academic writer; and if you're not OK with it, just get out of the field; but enough rationalizing about it already while simultaneously claiming some moral high ground.
@FreelanceWriter , @ProfessorVerb , and anyone else who is enjoying the passionate discussion that was created,
While I am not at liberty to explain to you the professional circumstances that brought me to this forum, I can tell you this, you are mistaken in the belief that I am here to create a network or try to gain a share of your client base. Once again, you have proven that you both have a tendency to keep talking without doing proper research and investigation. Had you simply checked my writer profile, you would have seen that there is no information there that a student can use to contact me. There is no information about who I am, no writer history and profile, no email address, no website, no information at all that would have led you to believe I was here for any other reason than to help drum up publicity for this website. In fact, if you search the user database and active writer database, I don't even turn up. The system says I do not exist. The reason for that is simple, I wasn't brought in to get clients for myself. I am here for a different purpose than yours. One that you both do not have clearance to know about. What I will be telling you next is information that I can share with you in the hopes of clearing the cobwebs from your minds and setting you straight about why I am posting so actively here.
I was brought in with clear information as to why I am needed here, and how I should do things. I am not a regular participant at this forum in the same sense that the two of you are regular participants. If you want to know who I am and why I am here, you should contact the powers that be here at ES and ask them about me. They are the ones with the authority to inform you about who Smiley73 is and for what purpose that person is here. I will not usurp that authority from them.
I am not going to just leave because you two feel threatened over the non-issue of a new participant having high visibility on this forum. That high visibility is the purpose I was brought in. Haven't you noticed a rise in the number of users online at this forum since I got here? That is an indication to everyone who is in the know that my presence here is effective and actually working for the purpose it was created.
I am creating visibility for the students, the freelancers, and the direct interest of those two parties. I have no interest in your network or your client base. I am an experienced academic writer and all my claims about my experiences are true and factual. I do not care what your impressions about me are. I am above that because I am not trying to outshine anybody who is here looking for clients. Believe me when I say that I do not need nor want clients. You can have and keep them all to yourselves. I only engage in conversations, I am not here to pick fights or start fights. However, when I am engaged in written tussles, I shall not back off.
That is all I have to say about this matter. You will still see me doing what I was brought in to do. I take my mandate from the powers that be who collectively created this forum and only they have the authority to make me post less, or leave the boards permanently as you obviously desire. Then, you will realize that the active participants at this forum, in the form of a new client base for you two, will also disappear with me.
@ smiley. Back again. I received my mark for what I initially thought was a good paper after skimming through it. It turns out it was also trash. I've provided feedback and currently seeking further compensation.
