Some people say that having a lot of TV channels is good, while others argue that it reduces the quality of programs. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
How television to be programmed has long been marked by controversy among TV owner program in general, particularly TV program managers. While some of them believe that availability of a wide range of channels gives audiences more chances to choose the best programs, other beg to differ. They argue that the quality of programs may undergo inferiority.
In the one hand, as watching television is what most of the people do during day, producing fantastic programs such as cartoon, sports and news for different people can helps to choose the fit programs. Young generation and children are very keen to follow some cartoons, and gray generation or elderly people enjoy some political or religious discussion. Also, some individuals can get bored because of limited channels.
On the other hand, a massive number of channels means huge competitions which cause some broadcasters failing the quality of programs. These stiff competitions cause that they not only exaggerate their programs, but also manipulate original programs to make them more attracting. Therefore, audiences do not know about original programs. In addition, each channel should employ professional journalists, editors, directors and program producers to produce high quality programs. If there are a lot of broadcasters, the lack of these experts will be a big problem which causes a reduction in the quality of programs.
In final analysis, I would like to pen down that a wide range of channels can have negative effects on the quality of programs. Yet it is sometimes claimed that many channels give more chances to different age groups to watch fit programs, which can be true in true in certain cases.
