The US has the Patriot Act and we have the Terrorism Act of 2000, the Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act of 2001, the Prevention of Terrorism Act of 2005, the Terrorism Act of 2006 and the Counter-Terrorism Act of 2008. Let's not forget that the professor could have an ES[ formerlate that question. I remember that there was a time when my business was just starting and a professor wanted me to help correct and grade papers. I'm not sure if it was a student volume issue or a laziness issue. I just said no and reminded the person that grading was a part of the job description.

I would like to think that the professor in question would have known how to use the bundled word processing tools in MS Word. That would have solved some, but not all of the grammar problems in the task. The presentation sounds more like one of those poorly restated instructions from an ESL student to his academic writer. I wonder how the students, at the time, fared in regards to responding to the question. Perhaps they sought the help of other professors in the same department to decipher it ?

The Da Vinci Code would have been easier to figure out.
