I still haven't heard anything, me other classmates haven't either.
My mental health has been so bad that i m skipping classes and don't talk to anyone.
I have asked for help from mental health support at uni , i did have a session but still don't feel any better.
My family are really concerned about me.
All i do is cry!

I pray it ll be good news for me in the end.

Definitely. I am wishing for a positive resolution to all your worries ! Try to sleep more ok? Watch some light comedies to help relax your brain and force it to forget your problems, at least temporarily.

Im heading down to my home town this afternoon to see family and spend some days with them as i am really not coping well here on my own, im struggling to look after my little boy with all this in my mind

Good move. Family can always help you best. I had a friend who suffered from depression. Her therapist advised her to go home for a few months to help cheer her up. I hope it has the same effect for you.

Its never easy! Iv never felt this way before despite going thro divorce etc.. this career iv chosen was the only think that made me look forward to the future....

Do not let this experience deter you from your hopes and dreams. Consider the test results a bump in the road. A hump you will have to get over for your future. Hold on to your goals for your future. Keep us posted.

So ai have finally heard something back from university today.

They have informed me of Academic Misconduct stage 1.
They have sent me an evidence which is like "less than a full sentence" similar to some website online.
Now university have not asked for a meeting, they want me to admit my mistake or appeal.
I will obviously admit and should hear back 7 days after i submit my statement.

Do you think its over now? Is this good news?! I still don't know what to think.

I have contacted students union and they advised me to admit and most likely they will mark my exam except that particular answer with similarity.

Well, it seems you will get away with a slap on the wrist. It will all depend upon your admission of guilt and explanation of why it happened . Do not tell them that you hired someone to sit the test for you. That would lead to a whole new set of problems if you do. With any luck, they will just skip scoring that question. It does not appear that they plan to have you retake the whole test though. The worst may be over for you. It appears the writer you hired cheated on that question alone, but it was enough to trigger an inquiry. This is just the start of the case resolution. Let us know if you receive other inquiries or instructions from the university. This is not the final decision yet.

I will not mention about that scam company i hope they dont come back to blackmail me again :(

It is not the final decisiom but they told me if o admit i willl not need to have a meeting! I still dont know if i will pass this exam but all i care about now is not being kicked out! I dont mind resiting
