New To This-Need Some Advice! I'm still extremely skeptical and cautious.

So for a good two hours now I have been trolling each "essay writing" "research paper writing"
website google's first 10 pages has to offer and i'm still extremely skeptical and cautious of each one even with reading them top to bottom. I found this website and although there are plenty of threads of where not to go, there doesn't seem to be much in the way of suggestions... All I am looking for is a credible freelance writer or somebody to help me out with a 3 page paper to get me started on what will become a 20 page paper, I am extremely busy with school and work and although I am a very competent writer and a smart person, I simply don't have the time. So, help? Please?

Use the EssayDirectory.com to further your search as recommendations aren't allowed.

Really? That's it? You direct me to a massive directory that basically contains all of the websites I have already found to be scammers? That's essentially what I was doing by going through google...If you cannot outright suggest something due to board rules, then if you feel you can actually help me, then PM me.

P.S.-I can tell when you're trying to sell me on something, i'll look up your post history and see who you are affiliated with. Seriously, someone legit help me out.

Im not affiliated to anyone. Those are the forum rules, no recommendations either on the board or through PM. I know its a needle in haystack scenario going through the directory and finding a legit company but it's your only way. There are some genuine ones there and its down to you to find one.

So then essentially what's the point of this entire board? How is anyone supposed to find a reliable site if the rules say you can't suggest one that is reliable? Is one expected to go through every single post and collect the names of those sites that have been written up as scams? Essaydirectory.com has over 1,000 listings? How is that realistic to find the one that won't scam you? How is this website helping in any way then? Maybe i'm missing something but I just don't understand there can be suggestions of where not to go, and no suggestions of what sites might actually help you.

That doesn't help me. If anything, this whole damn website is a deterrent...all I needed was some sound direction on where to go.

Careful StudentCool down @RLM90.

This website was not designed to suggest which companies or writers you should go with in relation to your writing needs.

It was meant to help students realize when they are being scammed so that they can shy away from the con artists and horrible writing companies out there. While we are not allowed to make recommendations for academic outsourcing companies and independent writers, you can find some pretty reputable writers on this site with a simple click of the mouse.

The most reliable independent writers that participate in this forum also pay to advertise their services in the "Writer / Services" section. Now these people have a track record of reliability in terms of the success rate of their students using the model papers they paid to have developed for them.

You can contact any one of them, not me because I don't do that sort of work anymore, and negotiate a deal for the writing of your paper.

I know this post is extremely late but I do hope that you were able to find a reliable writer to work with you on your paper eventually.

Since the OP already knows what not to look for in academic writing companies and independent academic writers, all that is left for him to do is learn how to use the various features of this forum to find the writing company or independent writer who can actually help him complete his work. While the search feature can help him find a writer, the most helpful links would actually be any of the banner verified writers, companies, and brands. EssayChat can also put the student in touch with the right writer. EssayBrand however, is the newest service that clearly points a needy student towards a quick solution to his writing needs. Skeptical students need only come to this website forum and throw caution to the wind because the forum runners are making sure that they can find the right company or writer for their needs.

In the industry, this is extremely helpful for everyone because they allow students to fully recognize and learn from their own experience what to do exactly.

New users of this forum should just use the search function to identify writers who have used the same ID here for a decade or more and read just some of their posts. Chances are that writers whose posts are full of misused English vocabulary and idioms won't provide writing that's any better than that in their projects. Conversely, if someone's forum posts are logical and well-written, at least you know that he has full command of the language and that his projects won't be full of misused words and idioms. As always, change the search default from "topic titles" to "messages" and then try out any writer you might be considering with a smaller project before paying for a much larger one.

Most students have already come to the realization that the companies that managed to remain listed in Google carry more red flags than red flags. It would even be more advisable to simply use the search function of the social media sites to find reliable independent writers. I always say, there is no better way to hire a writer than to directly vet the writer. Sure we have a listing of reliable writers on this site and yes, there are also approved companies that can be trusted based on the trust that ES gives the company. However, that does not mean that the working relationship will be smooth sailing. Recommendations are just that, people pointing you in what you hope to be the right direction. Deciding whether the referral is something you are comfortable with is another thing. So, consider all other options while seeking independent writers. As much as possible, do not rely on academic writing companies, save for those recommended by ES, to help you avoid any potential problems with the order you will be placing.
