These writing "companies" are a dime a dozen these days. If you discredit one website, they'll simply set up another, and business will continue as usual. It is always a big risk to use them, mainly because you have no idea who will actually write your paper.

Other than the 'reputable' websites (such as those owned by the wonderful guys behind this forum;-)), it is generally advisable to seek help from freelance writers such as my humble self. That way, you know exactly who you're dealing with, and you can easily ascertain the writer's writing and language skills before you proceed.

If students learn to be more discerning, the incidence of scams and bitter experiences would reduce significantly.

I'm sorry to hear that you got screwed. That's why it is generally a good idea to avoid most ESL outfits and individuals.

On their web site, the "About Us" states

"TWe are a team of writers your charge you for assisting you in your dissertation work. We work as sincerely as you would do. We reply your every query and also send you the research articles that we use for writing the dissertation."

That alone should have raised some concerns.

They did 3 well but in the 4th I didn't get a good grade. That's why I complained.

They said that I should give them one more chance and then in the 5 Th and 6 Th assignments also the score was not as expected. I think it is a betting business they are running - sometimes good score and sometimes no good score.

You can never be 100% sure of their quality. They cannot guarantee a consistent good score. On the phone after the 4 Th assignment they told me that it is because you didn't take the feedback from the tutor before submission. Now, you see, for the sixth assignment I took the feedback from the tutor but I still didn't get a good score.

I think Indian companies are lacking in this place, they cannot assure consistent high score. Two of my house mates also said the same. You cannot trust Indian companies for scoring consistent high grades.

Stay away from them my friends. On certain subjects the same writer writes not to that high level as he did earlier. Though there is difference in score they claim we always give the best quality. Liars! Can I call them liars? Not a good experience.

Since the OP is obviously an ESL, I cannot see how the company ESL writers were able to mess up the paper worse than the ESL student would have. They should be thankful they got writers closer to their language usage style. The professor gave them the grades that they deserve. In fact, the writers actually earned them the right grade in this instance. When your English grammar is as bad as the OP's, that person does not have the right to complain. He should thank the writer for getting him the grade that his actual skills deserve. The professor never suspected the OP of having hired a writer, which is the main goal of an ESL writer working for an ESL student.

You've been over this error yourself, by yourself, to yourself, in another thread. Self-study may not be the best route to knowledge that sticks, in your case.

The company address is no longer listed in the internet directories. Trying to access the page returns an "Address Not Found" message. This is indicative of the site being long out of business. It has not existed for so long that the name is not even up for sale anymore. It is free for purchase in case anyone is interested in buying the domain name. I would not advice doing that though mostly because you would want to purchase a domain name that has good reviews attached to it. A search of this domain name returns only complaints regarding the previous owners and their writers. You do not want a negative predecessor image attached to your business name.

While I can't see that website, because it's gone, I'm continually amazed that anybody would ever trust these types of sites whenever I am able to check the website copy of the companies generating these types of complaints here. Their web copy is always so bad that even most ESL students should be able to recognize the red flags that it represents. If they can't even come up with grammatically correct writing and appropriate English word and idiom use on their own websites, there's 0.0 chance that their projects will be any better. Both NES and ESL students are always much better off using experienced NES writers, because good NES writers can easily tone down their writing to much simpler vocabulary and sentence structure that isn't suspiciously good for an ESL student. There's just never any reason to trust any website that can't even come up with mistake-free web copy, because writing companies usually use their very best writers to provide their own web copy, just as I did for two of the essay companies through which I used to take projects back when I still took company projects.
