MRE, can you please describe the image you have of us in more detail?

what is the extend of my and my companies lies, that you imagine for yourself? No writers at all? Just taking the money from the customers and that's all? Or delivering 50% of the papers recycled on intent? Selling them secretly from an essay database? No one to take care to check the language in the papers?

A particular combination of those?

Because if it's only about oxford professorS (plural) - i must confess i am a liar indeed

I promise i will not sue you for your opinion even if the story will end by me buying this whole forum and ********* altogether just to check the weblogs and sue everyone who has ever posted here and distribute all the records to all of the competition ever wrongly accused here (might be a profitable thing by the way)

Did you just admit that you found it surprising that one professor from Oxford was applying to your company?

That was in early 2006, since then I got a strong opinion that it's normal thing for the retired professors to join us as writers

It might be that there are others, and chances are pretty big. I've already asked my writers department management to calculate how many people on our list claimed that they were professors and from which universities. After that I'm going to google for each name to try to figure out if it's true and check against the rating they've got from the customers, to have an exact picture of what's going on in terms of professor employment.

You have no oxford professors

is true? ^_^

IF retired oxford professors count for oxford professors, then there's at least one i definitely know of.

If you read my statement where I've mentioned those professors again, you will notice that the point i was trying to make was not how many oxford professors there are on the database, but "mre can't be smarter then all those people altogether"

so literally - we both lied.

By the way any lawyers around who specialize in defamation and slander cases?

Any idea on how much money is it possible to take out of the people who ever posted on this forum, altogether? If we launch a series of courts and attract all the businesses ever suffered from this forum?

Is it a reasonable investment?

I believe the internet providers can give exact real names of the users if invited to the court

Just kidding :) I write papers, not earn on court cases.

But if you are suddenly a good lawyer in a field of defamation, who suffers from the recession, here's a quick free tip for you:

- market's estimated yearly turnover is USD 100 000 000
- 5200 people visit this forum daily approximately
- assume you have a research showing that every 2nd customer of each writing service on the web is covered by this forum's audience (which is very likely)

- assume the independend metrics conducted by web conversion rate analyst shows that people tend to buy 40% less from a web site after visiting this forum

- this gives us 20% damages total in net sales on $ 100 000 000 yearly turnover
- assume only half of the companies actually suffered from defamation, others never were insulted or judged wrongly on this forum

Therefore in the last 3 years the total damage to different companies accounts to approximately to:

USD 30 000 000

It might be reasonable to invest into allocating the damages to particular physical persons. I believe the major internet providers store their DHCP logs for more then 3 years - it takes only gigs of hard disk space, considering the compression rates.

The owners of this forum are making a very wise investment, I must say. Applause.
It's not a fact that they will agree to sell their valuable data to anyone, though.

P.S.
This is just my opinion, please do not hold me accountable if this operation brings less then USD 30 000 000 to you, if you are a lawyer or owner of this web site.

But if i were a head of a legal firm I would consider buying this forum for at least $ 250 000 - $300 000, a year of work, and you will definitely make 5-7 MLN USD on top of your expense at least. That is, if my calculations are 5 times wrong.

My mom told me I have to be a lawyer and this is the first time I doubt my decision was right.

anyone's got the contacts of the forum management?

And I have all rights to sue you for damages now.

You are the absolute king of all mr-ns. Can someone else please school this fool on how American law works? It gets tiring repeating oneself to a mindless dolt.

You mean American law does not assume your responsibility for posting a stolen image of another person, if you have correctly referenced the source?

me buying this whole forum and ********* altogether

Dream on, chump. I bet the separate owners of ET and this forum could buy you and your company 10 times over.

We can discuss both variants. Do you know the contacts of this forum's owners? I assume you do, judging from the fact that you know how much money they've got.

Please share the knowledge, will you?

Anyways I suggest that you get a life. Farewell.

Anyone who has the information i need - please get in touch with me.
I am willing to buy this forum. Comissions ensured.

The only change I promise to make - is moderate it for offensive content and make the users register with their own names (visible only for the administration so that to be able check if the users have really purchased from a particular web site).

Also, statements with no hard evidence will also be moderated.

Where on GradingRocket.com did you find "third party"?

gradingrocket third party

Just ask around for a fraud from Ukraine.

Got THAT right!

Where on GradingRocket.com did you find "third party"?

Following is Example #2, in which you not only communicate your intention to deceptively "act" as an "independent party," but you also intentionally harm the prospective economic advantage of ET by defaming that company as part of your commercial campaign.

gradingrocket third party 2

Should I send this information directly to ET?

Any other challenges?

Lol, so you got connections with 123helpme.com as well? This is getting more and more interesting.

It looks likely that ET / essayscam is somehow affiliated with 123helpme :) Which is a pre-written paper database. Lol. A good strategic alliance.

This was sent only to 123helpme.com

In regards to your question- just read the NOTE! section on page 3, where we clearly state how EXACTLY the GR project connects to our own web site.

At last!

A contest. Win $200 worth free paper with Custom Writings.com. (and see if we are really frauds)

Be the first person on this forum who finds a direct evidence of lies in Writer'sBeware posts in this thread.

Hint:
Trace WritersBeware messages back in this thread to the place where she accused us of not intending to invite other sites to participate in Grading Rocket rating.

And compare to the document she has just posted.
Good luck!

I will definitely NOT be able to buy this forum, if it belongs to an alliance of ET and 123helpme, because they get 200 or 300 % of the revenue compared to the sites which DO NOT resell the papers they write.

I am still not sure the alliance presumption is true, but WritersBeware lies - it's a fact. There's much more to Writers Beware then it seems.

Should I send this information directly to ET?

I will accept my responsibility with *********, if it appears that this connection is a myth. I have based this statement on a very big research on the topic, which looked very trustworthy.

At this moment in time I am sure you are the owner or work for the owners of this forum, ********* and 123helpme.com

Just make sure you publish this file on the web, and say that you have accidentally came across.

I challenge you to show that I am incorrect. What have I stated, at ANY time, that is verifiably incorrect?

Proof of your lies:

Fact1: You have accused me of no intent to invite other writing services to GradingRocket rating
Fact2: At the same time, you posted a screenshot and demonstrated a knowledge of my document, which DIRECTLY invites the management of another web site to participate in GradingRocket and CLEARLY and IN DETAIL explains the plan to make this project open to every other academic assistance business willing to participate

Conclusion:
You were aware of an at least 1 particular case of an invitation sent by GradingRocket management to the management of another web site. Still, you have made an attempt to accuse me of something you DEFINITELY KNEW IS UNTRUE.

P.S.
The only thing that you can appeal to, is that this invitation is WEBMASTER invitation, not a PARTNER invitation. Still, it CLEARLY explains that ALL the web sites in the industry are going to be invited into the system as well.

Moreover, you have clearly demonstrated your direct connection with 123helpme.com.

THE USERS OF THIS FORUM ARE INVITED TO DECIDE ON THEIR OWN, WHAT MOTIVES WRITERSBEWARE HAD TO POST HER 3471 MESSAGES ON THIS FORUM.

It took me not so much to get the picture behind WritersBeware and this web site.

If it is true - I wish I were confronting someone who is less rich then her or her patrons. She must be a player#1 - and a person with no morale at all.

Anyways at last I know for sure that there's no sense in discussions with WritersBeware. Pity. So much efforts wasted.

And with competition that faces GradingRocket initiative this way, the project looks pretty much to be born dead. That is - if the trend persists.

Just make sure you publish this file on the web, and say that you have accidentally came across.

Lol it is already on the web
It looks like I am an idiot in the end

Because this document is posted online on our web site

mre was totally right - the one who is about to go to a prison is me

FYI, little media boy has now deleted the PDF because he knows that he's in deep doo-doo:

gradingrocket.com/upload/20090127065833.pdf

It looks likely that ET / essayscam is somehow affiliated with 123helpme :) This was sent only to 123helpme.com

You're an idiot. You're so clueless that you don't even know what pages that you've published on your OWN SITE! You published the 123helpme.com PDF yourself! I found it as part of my search for the words "independent" and "third party" on the GradingRocket.com domain.

gradingrocket PDF published in Google

At this moment in time I am sure you are the owner or work for the owners of this forum, ********* and 123helpme.com

You just sealed your own fate with your latest round of defamation. Thank you for bringing another powerful company (123helpme.com) into the mix against you. I am now going to contact ET to direct them to this new evidence. (You may want to "research" what happened to the last offshore scumbags who screwed with ET or its partners. Clue: they are now minus 555 sites and owe nearly $700,000.)

Continue deleting whatever you like. Rest assured, it's all been legally recorded.

By the way, I don't think that anyone is falling for your smokescreen. If one reads the PDF closely, one quickly realizes that Grading Rocket is all about generating advertising revenue for your company and directing traffic back to Grading Rocket. The end results of your actions are is all that matter; your double-speak both here and in the PDF afford you no defense.

2000 oxford profs?

wouldn't they be paid more if they teach at different university or something?

and why would people like 'em want to work with some random company that offers
cheap wage?

if i was one of them, I would rather start tutoring.

(oh just another thought, if cyber really has 2000 oxford profs, just say if he pays $500/month and that's
= $1000000/month that cyber's company needs to earn at least to pay off his workers.
but this is the minimum. so this means that cyber is pretty rich
(**if only that ox-prof thing is true.)

Cyber already retracted the 2000 Oxford professors claim, I think. He said that the only thing he was certain about was that he once had an Oxford retiree on the payroll.

I wonder if the OP was instead, just developing a data mining program in the guise of a plagiarism checker? I've heard of some cases like that recently. Students think they are using a free or paid plagiarism checking tool then all hell breaks loose. They start getting threatening emails with escalating threats until the blackmail fee is met. I hope I am wrong, but that isn't usually the case when my intuition kicks in.

Commercial plagiarism softwares always come at a price for students. That price is usually in the form of stolen private information and sometimes, academic blackmail. It is not advisable for anyone to support plagiarism start ups due to the unknown factors that are invovled in the development and use of such AI apps. The responsibility for your essay not being published elsewhere or being used by others falls upon the student. That is why free apps should not be an option for students, unless Google comes up with its own plagiarism detection services. Oh, wait! Google does have a variation thereof. It is more advisable that students use any plagiarism detection software suggested by the school if the school has one. Or, use whatever paid service the professor suggests. That way the responsibility for the paper transfers to the school and professor, respectively, should the need arise (You told us to use the plagiarism detector! It is not my fault it is getting flagged ! I did what you said !)
