My essay writer hasn't replied in 8 days. And they also got me caught for plagiarism.

I have two issues with my essay service provider. And I need help in identifying them and getting them to cooperate and reply.

No Reply1) I got caught for plagiarism for submitting an essay written by an essay service provider (I prefer to keep the name private as I still don't know how it's going to work out; I'm still in contact with them). Luckily, I managed to avoid punishment. My essay writer apologized and they promised to find a new writer. I have emailed them 8 times for the past 8 days, with one email per day asking them if they found a new writer. They have not replied! You would think that they'd at least respond to say they were on it.

2) Other students people who used their services tell me they've used this company and never had problems. I guess I got unfortunate. But I'm willing to try them again.

How can I get them to cooperate and write an essay I won't get caught again?

Can I find out about them and threaten them? What suggestions do you have. I'm so pissed off at this experience, I'd love to strangle them.

Do you suggest that I use a different service? My friend has suggested that he can use his email to order from them to make sure they treat my project well and I get the best writer available. But why would they not give me their best writer? Is it because I always select the cheapest option and give them a lot of time?

Thanks for advice and suggestions.

What if another customer has the same experience you had, since you never identified the provider? It's best to post details that serve as fair warning. Recommending companies isn't allowed on this message board, but naming scams is encouraged.

Okay. But I didn't expose their details...yet, because I thought I'd give them onr more chance. If I were to expose them, I'd lose that chance.

So, it would be great if you could send him/her an email stating what you plan on doing if s/he does not respond to you in a satisfactory way. It is also equally important for you to let the person know that your essay could not pass the plagiarism test. You'd either get a response from the person enabling you to decide/communicate further, or it would leave you with an open space to try exposing them.

Thanks MeoKhan, but what plagiarism test are you talking about?
And what should I tell them that I will do if they do not cooperate?
They have my emails, name and they know my university.

I am talking about the text scan that Turn It In (or any other similar crawler) carries out.

Please be advised that, contrary to popular thinking, Turn It In, as is clearly stated on their website, does not detect plagiarism. The crawler produces a similarity index (matching the scanned text with the content already stored in its databases). It produces a report, called similarity index.

It is up to the professor/tutor to decide whether a student has plagiarized some essay or not.

Since your personal information is with them, it clearly puts you to the weaker end. All I can suggest is just lay low and beware of such scammers in the future. You might also expose them anonymously on different forums: Such is the case with the essay writing industry!

Your English is pretty good. Why don't you try to write it yourself? What was the topic?

No follow-up, no names. What a useless post.

I don't want to name names now, because I'm still negotiating with the essay writer. If they fail me, then I will most certainly reveal every little detail.

So you've been negotiating for five days and you still can't give us any details (without naming names)? Are you negotiating a peace agreement? And you are going to expose the writer if negotiations fail? I call BS.

You may certainly have been scammed, but I suspect that you may be one of these clients who doesn't know what they want. Maybe it will ultimately prove to be bad business practice for me, but I usually just politely decline, and refer them elsewhere, when it becomes clear that the client is just kicking tires with their hands in empty pockets.

I really don't give a sxxt.

I think that much is clear given that you submitted a plagiarized paper directly from an essay mill.

Hope that your writer came through for you. Are you ever going to share the name? If they worked with you after the fact, that should be a good thing, I guess...

Share the name. Come to a better essay writing service or best writing to avoid such petty frustrations.

Well your problem is little bit critical but I think may be you have given some difficult topic to them, So that they are facing difficulties in writing the essay in the topic given by you. You ask them about if they are facing any problem related to your problem and some other problem they are facing. If you are not happy with their service then call to them to refund you back.

Still negotiating? 8 message in 8 days and not one reply, and the student/client is still negotiating? Either they are lying or not the smartest tool in the shed. I can see waiting MAYBE 2 days for a reply, assuming the writer is just very busy, but longer than that with no reply from the writer or the company?? It speaks poorly for the writer AND the company. In 8 days, someone had to know that the client had not had contact with the writer. I'd like to think it was an unintentional oversight by the company, but if the student did email 8 times over 8 days it was seen by someone and that someonechose to ignore.

It's quite strange situation. Because, if the service is really good it doen't matter what price you choose and how many time you give them. Maybe, this writer was new in this company. I don't know...but I understand your feelings about the situation. And another question: you paid for this paper. Did they return the money to you? Because the work was not original and you can take your money back!

The OP understands perfectly well where his problems stemmed from. He chose the cheapest contract that the writing company offered and then gave them too much time with which to complete his paper. Not only that but I do not doubt that he neglected to investigate the company before he signed up for the service. That means, he started off on the wrong foot with the company from the very start. That is why he ended up with all these problems.

Don't get me wrong though, I have had students come to me and say that they paid such and such company the amount of whatever because that was the highest rate for a writer's payment they could find. They hoped that by paying a premium, they would get a good writer. It broke my heart to tell these students that they would not have gotten a good writer even if they paid the lowest amount because the company was not trustworthy and did not have capable writers in their roster to begin with.

It's also even more troublesome when these students have genuine concerns as to why they are unable to fulfill these requirements. When the students come from a truly concerning place that are upfront about their academic dilemmas and troubles, they deserve to be treated with utmost respect about their decision to come to the essay writing service or company.

About once a month or once every other month, someone contacts me for a project and declines to order it because of the price...only to contact me again a few weeks later with "URGENT PLEASE HELP ME" or something like that in the subject field of a new email after the cheaper provider they paid provided something that was all plagiarized or totally unusable for other reasons. They end up paying me more than my original quote because of the rush in addition to having wasted 50-75% of what I charge for the unusable essay they got elsewhere.

I didn't quite realize that this is a commonplace event that would occur. But I do understand how this would be possible. I have also encountered students who would often talk about how they wanted a "cheaper" price for a rush order because they cannot afford it. I wish there was something that could be done here; however, given that there can be no compromise between the quality and the price, there's just no giving in.

At the other end of the spectrum of this issue, sometimes new clients order projects without any indication that they've already submitted their previous work in the same course. Then, instead of using the product as a model, they just submit it for credit and the professor immediately realizes that someone else had to have written it. I don't police what my clients choose to do with the projects I provide (and my clients own the work), but they should always let their writers know if they want projects written at a lower level for any reason.

To answer your first question, you should not have even tried to get them to fix the paper in the first place. You should have immediately demanded a refund from them based on the grade that you got and the assurances they gave during the ordering process. Don't bother asking your friend to order the paper for you. If you are not willing to pay a premium price, they will still raffle off your friend's order among the crappy writers pool. The amount of money you pay, not necessarily to time frame for the work completion, is normally what sets the order apart from the others. The higher the cost, the better the writer. That is a given. The grade that you want and the quality you hope to receive are equivalent to the amount you are willing to pay the company, not necessarily the writer, who probably got a pittance for the work anyway. If I were the OP, I would have simply shopped my assigned to another service and paid more this time around. There will definitely be an improvement in the paper quality that will be received. That is guaranteed.

Not one normal essay service, can not guarantee a good grade.
The only thing that is real is the absence of plagiarism.
