Well, I feel that their strategic lies about their location, experience, and writers' qualifications are adequate proof:

Precisely. It is most fortunate that your "feelings" aren't really seriously considered by most of the more sensible people here.

Which part do you deny?

None. What lacks proof is essaywriters.net (and its other sites) actually being all these. I get many return clients, other writers do as well as I've seem many customers requesting one writer or another.

Your point? I didn't start the thread for Lavinia, exwriter, or you. See how poorly you argue?

My point is that you never pushed the same nonsense at them. ^_^

Sadly, out of all the evidence that you post of this board, it is evidence for things like this that you have none of.

But enough of that same old story, let's get back to the fun of fonts. :D True enough, I have accepted revision requests from customers who've had other writers who used Times New Roman 14 in their work. >.< It's always such a sad, sad thing to see.

You're not a consumer.

Neither are Lavina and exwriter. ^_^ See how poorly you argue? :p

You're an admitted crook and liar--you want consumers to be as ill-informed as possible.

I don't tell the truth to protect my academic reputation and my day job. :) Writing papers for other people isn't exactly what you'd call an honest living, and the research journals with which I am affiliated would be less than pleased to know that this is how I spend my free time. :p

The sweet bottomline is that I am one of essaybay's best writers. :D Clients love my work and I think that it's safe to say based on their feedback about me that they could care less about who I am.

Wow.. EFL slugfest. :D All this over font? >.< C'mon guys, seriously... :p Then again, it's just like WB to devote an entire thread to worthless crap like this (and ask for it to become a sticky to boot o.O). XD

My input: The only thing that matters with font is that it should be very readable. This means any non-cursive font would do. Besides, the minimum word count per page is usually indicated by sites. In my case, a double-spaced page contains from 250 to about 320 words using Times New Roman.

Yeah, like monsta does. :) I do believe that the rating system is a tad unfair. When I get a couple of 9s from a client who just doesn't want to give out 10s, the system treats those 9s as 90s and that really hurts my average. Then again, I guess that inevitably happens when you get so many projects. >.<

Wow...now that seemed like a real insult...maybe you ESL writers think everyone is related to you...another ESL disease....tsk tsk....

Excuse me... did you just imply that being called an Indian is an insult? o.O
EW_writer

For your information,NO I am not an ESL writer.I am Irish and am a native English speaker/writer/poet/novelist.

Hmm... ok, thank you for the clarification. :) You're living proof that EFL writers really aren't all that. :p
EW_writer

I'm just curious. I've seen you ranting against other members of this forum and calling them "ESL writers" as though it was some sort of disease. Aren't you an ESL writer, yourself?

I've also had complaints that all my sources were "from New York" based on the fact that most book publishers are in NYC; and another time, a customer angrily demanded to know why I "left out" the book title "written by Ibid" in the Bibliography (I'm not kidding).

Hahaha! ^__^

This one's for Freelance Writer. Does Term Paper accept offshore applicants?

If they want to use barely literate ESLs to do their papers, more power to them.

Sadly, they still have me. :p However, I don't move a muscle for them unless it's at least $8/page. I think their style of slowly raising the cpp as the deadline nears is very counterproductive.

I have absolutely no problem if she gives her opinion. Unlike you, I'm sure she'll understand my reasoning.

We'll see about that. :p

Regardless, why are you so stuck on the issue? Are you hoping that her opinion will give you a little "victory" on which you may finally hang your hat? LMAO!

Hey, what can I say? I like kickin' em when they're down to make sure they stay there. :P

Hahaha.. you really are a sorry bucket of contradictions. Venus did say that she wrote for essaywriters.net. She hasn't given up on her writing even if she did give up on that particular company already so it's a safe guess that she is writing for other offshore companies or at least still intends to write for such companies so long as they're honest in paying her.

But even if we disregard everything that I've written above, the question still remains and is independent of whether or not you have a problem with anyone. I'm simply making a very objective inquiry and asking you about it since you're the self-proclaimed authority on the subject of writer qualifications for the U.S. market.

Do you believe that venus has the competence required to write for American consumers? :p
EW_writer

I have no PERSONAL grudge against ANYONE for trying to make an HONEST living.

Ah, but I wasn't asking if you had a personal grudge on anyone. I was only inquiring if you believe that venus here has the competence required to write for American consumers. Well... does she? Just a "yes" or a "no" would more than suffice. ^_^

Yes, that's right. WB advocates that sites like essaywriters.net be closed down. But do you know what else our dear WB advocates? The eradication of incompetent ESL writers from the U.S. industry.

Hey WB, what's your opinion of venus' writing competence for the American consumer? :p

Oh, and by the way, I only mention your country of origin because you LIE about it on EssayBay.

Hell yeah, I do. But that doesn't stop the orders, the excellent feedback, and the money from continuing to pour in. :P

Hilarious. You think that providing links to articles in which the writer makes the same mistake justifies YOUR mistake?

Haha.. the implied argument is that if these respectable sites are making the same choice of words, then it's no big deal. ^_^

I'm currently one of the highest ranking writers with the most number of completed projects in that site. ^_^

Listen WB, I was not trying to embarass you by mentioning your own grammar error in a post where you were criticizing someone else's grammar.

Why do you keep using my name when you quote the retard? >.<

First of all, FU.

Not on your life. :P

Thirdly, did I type "infinite"? No. I typed "indefinite," meaning that--since I did not take the time to count--it was IMPOSSIBLE for me to determine a "number."

Well woop-dee-doo to that. :P Even if the number is indefinite, the quantity is still DISCREET. ^_^ Thus, "number" is still more appropriate. XD Sadly, your writing skills do not extend to scientific realms of the trade which is why you fail to see my point. >.<

I could not personally quantify a particular number because I did not take the time to count. I used "amount" as a means to communicate my focus on the general significance and breadth of the errors. End of story.

This is crap and everyone can see the amount of b*lls-i* you're making with the numberof times you keep defending yourself. So there. :D

Haha!

The system then incorrectly inserted FreelanceWriter as the source of the quote

WTF? You're not taking your meds again. >.< It was FreelanceWriter who corrected you and based on his justification, I'm inclined to agree with him. You were referring to a discreet quantity (errors) and therefore "number" rather than "amount" would be the more appropriate term to use. Your justification that the two are synonymous is simplistic and off-tangent since we're not taking about grammatical correctness here but more of writing style sophistication. Your second excuse that the number of errors is infinite also cannot fly since even if the said number is infinite which is highly doubtful to begin with, the quantity is still discreet. "Amount" is a more appropriate term for continuous quantities such as sugar or sunlight.

Please scan the hard copy showing the profesor's comments...probably needed to go to a second red pen.

ROFLMAO!!! ^__^

Only an immature person like you can rebuke a deep macro economic policy paper just because it has a few mistakes here and there.

While I am usually inclined to agree with anyone who puts the "immature" tag on WB, your description of your work as "a deep macro economic policy paper" is just plain preposterous. Even if we disregard all of the grammatical errors and all the lapses in proper academic word choice, it's still nothing more than a poorly stitched rag doll of a paper. There is no synthesis of ideas. You're just throwing what you got from the internet into a distasteful mix of poorly written paragraphs hoping that in all the confusion, the paper might pass as something acceptable to a grader. While that might have worked in this case based on your story, it's hardly what I'd call "deep" writing.

Yes, please do not write for essaywriters.net! It's busy season yet again and I can't have you upstarts picking projects up and just botching them out. :) If you're a "writer" with less than excellent competence with the English language and no clear understanding of exactly what plagiarism means, the company will just screw you over. They'll fine you for your incompetence while still taking your customers' payments and there'd be nothing you can do about it. Sure it's unfair from your point of view but that doesn't remove the fact that you're a lousy writer. They'll capitalize on your ineptitude and make you regret you ever decided to write for them. Leave the site to us professionals and go do something better with your lives. :D
