Hello Sean,

We've sent you a follow up email regarding your messages to us. Here's a quick response here for your convenience.

Coursework FeedbackThanks for your feedback. We understand that this project is important to you.

With regards to your provided feedback, we would be glad to take any of that into account moving forward. As you have asked, yes, evaluation of reports is largely subjective. All work provided is high quality. An elevator's preferences and biases may mean that a project that is of good quality differs from their idea of what they would like in the report. Another factor is that there may be in-course concepts that were discussed in the course that may not have been explicitly in the original instructions that were being looked for in that review. Much of the feedback in the screenshots [provided to Prescott Papers by email regarding this project] is highly subjective. If you would like us to edit the project based on the feedback provided and to modify the work, that can be done for you to make it better fit with the elevator's preferences.

Also noticed that the overall project was part of larger group work / work that was submitted to us by the client. There are various modules/sub-modules and questions from the project as part of this overall evaluation that may have been later edited or done by other parties. Looking through internal Prescott Papers records, the original order is for only sections of the larger project.

Prescott Papers and the other writing services on this forum work for our clients directly and submit work for your approval, which was received, "it is well received, extremely satisfied with the piece of work done! Looking forward to see the outcome of the accounting assignment :)" No service can or should guarantee that any third party will like a given piece of work due to the subjective nature of writing services, which is why we aim to please clients directly, which was achieved, rather than writing for third parties who are not our clients.

For anything else that we can help with, feel free to get in touch.

Hey,

That post has literally nothing to do with Prescott Papers. The text was used by some Reddit user: /user/Currilus

It does not mention Prescott Papers, it does not link to Prescott Papers, it has no reference to Prescott Papers, and it is by an account that has nothing to do with Prescott Papers.

Am not sure how or why Prescott Papers is being brought into this. We do happen to be a moderator on the form on which that post was made. It should be noted that post was removed also removed and that the user who made it was also banned.

I see that you've also contacted the moderator chat on the forum. Here are two comments from the other moderators that explain this situation:

From Moderator #1:
Your blame on r/PaperMarket is unfounded, as this subreddit is neither affiliated with, nor endorses any particular service/s. Though the mods intend to keep away dodgy services, we do not check every vendor post for originality. As the poster's account has already been deleted, we are deleting the post.

From Moderator #2:
Hello,

This is a subreddit where random users are allowed to post. Further more, we saw you accuse Prescott Papers of plagiarizing the quote on ES. Prescott Papers doesn't appear to be involved with the quote, and we aren't sure why you assumed it was them. The user posted that close to a year ago and no longer has an account.

Suggestion for Approaching This
You will have to contact whoever is in fact using your text, which is not us. As Major mentioned, it looks like this is some random freelancer overseas, which means that you're probably out of luck.

You should also note that if you run a service of any real size, people will steal your content. Almost every one of the 700+ pages on the Prescott Papers website has been visited by a bot made by hackers, spammers, and/or other similar people. Basically all of our content has also been stolen by other services.

Anyway, if there is anything else that you'd like to ask us about anything, let us know.

There are no links in that post. It's a post on Reddit, a public forum. There may be links to our service elsewhere on that same forum, or from the sidebar/header/other for the forum (which may be visible on the same page as that post). The sidebar/headers/other are unrelated to the actual post.

Yes, we are a moderator on that forum. It is a public internet forum. Anyone can post there. There are various other services who post on that forum that we are unaffiliated with. If you're unfamiliar with Reddit, I'd be glad to answer any questions that you might have about how that website works. Major, EssayCrate, EssayFolks, and us have all looked at the post and came to the exact same conclusion, which is that this post was made by some freelancer with the username Currilus. We have no affiliation with that person.

If you check the link, you can also see that the post was removed anyway. As mentioned, it's unclear why there would be any reason at all to infer that Prescott Papers is at all affiliated with that user or with your content.

Anyway, if you have any other questions, feel free to get in touch.

Hi,

Decisions related to that forum are done to best work with clients who use that forum as opposed to for SEO purposes. The merged thread that was created has allowed the clients in question to better communicate with support regarding their concerns. You can see that the client concerns in question have been addressed and resolved appropriately, which was facilitated through that new master thread.

Those reviews are still equally able to rank in Google. In reality, the client comments are even more visible in this new thread. The merged thread, which is indexed by Google, is a master thread, which means that it has more ability to trend on Reddit. Threads that trend have increased potential for rank in Google and also have increased visibility.

If we were going to censor the threads, we would have just removed them with no comment whereas you can see that our support team has included copies of the relevant comments and also offered timely resolution of client concerns.

If there is anything else that I can help with or answer for you, feel free to follow up here.

Best,
Prescott Papers Support

It would technically be self-plagiarism. Meaning that while it is technically your content, the university would reject it and you may face penalties from your university.

You would need to rephrase it entirely if you want to reuse the content. You can use a tool like WriteCheck, which lets you scan a paper against Turnitin's database (without saving a copy of the paper to the Turnitin database), to check to see whether your paper will pass.

Prescott Papers also offers a "Cheat Turnitin" service for this exact type of situation, where you can have a paper fully rewritten and checked against Turnitin's database using WriteCheck to ensure 100% that your paper will pass Turnitin.

Everyone here is correct:

1. Self-plagiarism is completely illogical. Outside of college, no one would ever think twice about someone reusing or republishing their own ideas

2. Colleges are also illogical. In general, they will consider reusing a previous paper that you wrote to be inappropriate use and will refer to such use as self-plagiarism

The poster asked whether he would have problems reusing the content for a different university course and the answer is that regardless of the fact that it is illogical, your university will consider it to be plagiarism in almost all cases.

Whatever the reason for it is, the point is that colleges disapprove of it.

The main takeaway for the original poster is that if he submits the project again the college will almost definitely consider it a violation of their honor code.
