I have just started working for them but clearly have witnessed the weakness of essaybay system ( from writers' point of view). First Escrow for one of my orders is still pending despite the fact that i delivered the order almost a week ago. Customer is happy with the order. He paid for the order but the money is neither in Escrow nor in my account. The status is shown as ESCROW PENDING... i have been emailing them for a week now but no reply. They did not pick the phone ( customer made the same remarks too). the issue is Essaybay is enjoying free money because it is in their account. God knows when they will clear the pending Escrow or when they will at least reply to my or customer's emails.

anybody at Essaybay.. wake up... you are loosing your credibility...

Customer paid them and the Escrow was sent. However, after their technical problems last week, the same order was given to another writer without informing me or the customer. However, the order was again placed back to me by the customer however, this time ESCROW was pending.. May be this is a technical error however, it has been a week now and despite our calls and emails nobody is responding. I don't think i business which claims to be most transparent in the industry can be so evasive.

Do Essaybay pay to its writers? are they punctual in payments?

Customer had a deadline and requested me to upload the paper promising that i will get the funds for the order.

They are most inefficient ( or may be look so).. You will get no email replies from them, whenever you call them and anyone picks up, you will always hear that i am not the concerned person. concerned persons are busy... email them and they will respond to you.. and they never do..

I have been working with EW and other sites and they are at least excellent in replying back in solving your issues but ESSAY BAY does not seems to interested.

My assessment is that they are probably biggest fraud on the net.

I have requested my fund withdrawal a week ago but nothing has been sent to me yet. They even do not reply. seems to be biggest frauds... there business model though is a copy of ebay but they probably lack the integrity.. Is any one in UK can make a complain to authorities specially Securities and Exchange Commission to have a check on their parent company? I can provide technical assistance in this regard.

Well.. if writers can steal the clients from their companies, will not that be unethical? We are all here blaming essay writing companies for their unethical behavior with their writers as well as clients but given the opportunity, we as writers will also cheat them... so whom to blame? we are also the part of same bandwagon, it is only that we haven't got the opportunity to cheat.

I think, by giving access to writers, this industry can make a big leap and enter into some kind of ethical business behavior because most of them, as we know, are not UK or US based ( Well i also seriously consider this bias attitude because half of the world have its outsourcing facilities located in countries like India and Pakistan so folks from these countries are probably more smarter than employees working in UK or US-) and by displaying the telephone numbers of their writers, customers will at least know who is writing from them and from which country. Let the students decide who can write them best at relatively low cost- ( I have been writing for essaybay and i have noticed that writers from UK specially bid really high- and that is a bit injustice to students who do not earn high and live on really tight budgets).

Essaybay has taken my $100 too for a brief which is never being paid to me. they are biggest lies so far.... truly pathetic service as they never reply..... There is going to be a rival to essaybay with lot more improvements. I recently got a marketing email from one site claiming to be a rival of essaybay and having better and more flexible functionality than essaybay. I don't remember the name exactly. Anyone heard of any competitor of essaybay?

Essaybay will soon out of competition because of its serious stubbornness in not replying to any messages either from customers or their writers. They are not going to survive for too long even if they pay on time because there are lot of other qualitative issues which they need to address if they want to stay in the game... My serious to them would be to be serious if you are in the trade.

There is going to be a competitor of Essaybay which is going to exploit all the weaknesses of Essaybay because they have left so much room that anyone can easily throw them out of business.

Seems like people are ready to accuse anyone and everyone here. I am in no manner attached with them. I have been informing you guys since last few days that someone has emailed me to claim to be a competitor of essaybay. Who they are , i do not know. there are lot of spam mail which everyone of us receive. Recently i received an email from oxbridge too luring me to order from their site.

As per your discussion here, you guys have almost termed each site a fraud and still working for them. Are you a business student? you would have better understood my comments on essaybay if you had a slight business acumen. There are problems with essaybay everyone knows about it. You do not need an elevated vision to spot the weaknesses in their model. All i said was based on my little knowledge of how to do business in more efficient and ethical manner. The modern business is full of the examples where apparently so called " clones" dismantled the giants from the scene altogether. Don't you know even Microsoft is a clone because it copied the ideas of Apple Inc. Dell is the clone of IBM, China is producing clones of almost everything. so whom would you blame? To exploit the weakness of your competitors is the actual name of competition. Essaybay have to learn about it as soon as possible if they are willing to work long term.

I am not here to blame or accuse anyone or make fun of anyone. I know most of us will end up writing for essaybrunch too because no one let an opportunity go off hand to earn little extra money.

Fantasy is the name of creation my friend..... Learn to be creative rather than critical... Reading your comments on almost all the forums and threads, it seems there is no one who is legitimate, honest, law-abiding because you have accused almost every company despite the fact that 1000s of writers regularly get paid from them.

First of all .. let me be very clear.. I am in no way associated with them..... but from your posts, it is really clear that you guys are masters of speculation.. I worked with the essaybrunch guys before because they were previously working by taking orders from different sites and than getting them written by writers. They have never cheated me. As for as mistakes on their webcopy is concerned, it is your and their headache because ultimately what only counts is the work delivered by the writers and not the site so your point is really not plausible.

I said i worked for them in another setting. they do not have any internet presence. they work locally.


I don't think one can assess this assumption without working for anyone. To test someone's integrity you first have to deal with them... speculating with unknown fear will only push you away from achieving your objectives.
