Maybe you didn't provide accurate information when you placed an order with them? Or added new information after you paid? If they did some custom work it means they spent their time working on your project so it should be obvious they need to get paid at least to cover their costs. That's how most companies operate.

If they were total frauds, they wouldn't even bother to offer any refund.

Why don't you wait until Feb 7? I don't think one or two "bad" comments prove their services are bad.

Some students don't have time, but some have too much money and prefer to by an essay. Some student parents' are too ambitious and want their children to get education even though they are too lazy or stupid to get a diploma.
