UK ACEDAMIA WAS TO CHARGE ME 100 GBP BUT CHARGED ME TWICE SAYING THAT THE EARLIER PAYMENT DID NOT GO THROUGH,PLEASE TELL ME HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THEM?WHEN EVER I ASK THEM THEY SAY IT WILL TAKE 1 WEEK?PLEASE TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO?

UKACADEMIA IS RUBBISH!!!I spoke to a guy called Alex and turned out to be useless, the guy said that if u dont get the promised mark you get a full/partial refund once the results came and the writers (who were not particularly good) he turned side and said that there will be no refund. Absolutely useless. DO NO GO TO UKACADEMIA AS THEY ARE RUBBISH AND THEY CHEAT!!!!
