We will leave the essay here if it is of a high quality and demonstrates her high intellectual acumen as a doctorate student.Then Peter CANNOT claim the copyright to the 'uncorrected essay" which he claims to have corrected to a "pass' standard".He can keep the "pass" essay if he wants.We don't care!He claims a refund was given so no student is being harmed here.

We will delete the essay immediately if it is of a 'poor' quality (which I doubt) as Peter alleges and this will show that while we do agree with Peter we condemn the extremely rude and ill-mannered offensive he launched on the respectable members of this forum

This does not mean I or any of us agree with him or support him.
But for once I am hell bent upon keeping this forum a fair and neutral place.Lets all have a look at this essay here and tear Peter's (definitely unfounded) claims to pieces!

These useless, $5 a page paper mills will always dry out during such seasons.Try working for reputable companies which never go out of work for their writers.

Also if you work loyally for one company which pays a good salary you will see that they will trust you and offer you more work even when they might not have sufficient work to offer all their writers!

Freelancing like any other profession takes a long time to bring good returns.Just be patient and wait for time.Don't get desperate and start working for fraudsters like Peter Richardson or AR.Don't put yourself through the trouble of working with companies with a horrid HRM like AK or D and D either!

Just look around.Start with trial and error.Do small amounts of work and make sure you get paid and see if you have a good chemistry with the admin of the company.

It's a long road.
You will get there eventually.

Do you think the Better Business Bureau or some other body with the same powers could institute a class action against this man on behalf of the wronged writers?

I am a lawyer myself and I know there must be a way this man can be brought down.
Publicity and awareness is one thing but in the UK (where I am based) there are forums against such fraudsters.This man can be brought to his logical tragic end given that all these ex -writers unite and provide evidence.

We should make a plan now but ensure confidentially as i'm sure that creep is reading these forums everyday.All we need now is the help of at least 15 of his ex-writers and then...... we should have him cornered soon...very soon!

Strange how we give our ID documents to people we do not even know exist or know whether these are their real names.I think that the next time some creepy employer asks for proof of our ID we should ask for his or her ID.Even though we freelance writers are often a financially troubled nation and the employer's position is stronger here in terms of making demands at the time of the recruitment I believe we should be more careful.

An important way of tracing Peter Richardson's roots would be to look up the information for the operators of this website,duly referred to in their terms and conditions as Anagram Ltd or Quality Results Ltd.I will leave the rest to WB now as she is much more thorough in her research and detective work.

Hey this reminds me of Kai Lee, the Chinese MBA student of UCL,expelled and deported back to China in 2007 for running a similar service on Campus.

The forum is not in the business of making recommendations because, while there is a vetting system in place, they cannot control the results of the interaction that the student may have with the service or the independent writer. Since the unknown variables are high in this instance, any dealings that a student makes with a company or writer is done at the student's own risk. There are enough repeated warning signs at this forum to constantly remind the students about the dangers of asking for recommendations but it seems the warnings and red flags will never sink into the student's kevlar hard skull. The closest that a student will get to a recommendation here are the paid ads from companies that advertise here. Since they pay to advertise, they know the drawbacks of not being on the level with the students and yes, it will bounce back on them eventually. Either do your own research before hiring a company, or hire a company that is listed in EssayDirectory with a warning. Don't blame the writers or owners of this forum in case you experience an untoward incident during the development of your paper.

It is quite surprising to see that you have encountered bad HRM at your contracting companies.The only bad HRM I have seen is at academic knowledge where they never reply to their emails on time.This is obvious from the fact that not a single AK writer has come forward to defend them as everyone is sick and tired of their treatment.Academia Research is equally bad and to make things worse they pay peanuts.
