Hi
I am writing on this forum because I noticed that Tony has responded and am hoping he sees this and will be the ethical CEO that he should be and helps me!
I purchased a poorly written essay from businessteacher.org.uk which is a subsidary of allanswers.co.uk and thus a sister company to degreeessaysuk and I need some help with obtaining a refund.
The essay sent to me has evidently been plagiarised using resources from Wikipedia and other non-academic resources. The company offers a plagiarism guarantee of 5k but all I want is a refund for what I paid. I even went through the effort of highlighting exactly which parts of the essay was plagiarised from Wikipedia and they still came back and said that this is not correct and that the essay is of a 2:1 standard. What a joke!
I have already started researching how to report businessteachers.org.uk to the Fair trade commission and have been gathering evidence as well as seeking academic and legal advice so that I can apply to the small claims court. I don't care how much time or money it will cost me because in the end I know that justice will prevail and I will be compensated for the trouble and angst I have been put through. I have no doubt in my mind that the small claims court will find me in favour of the 5K plagiarism guarantee BUT this could be avoided if the company refunds me what is rightfully mine.
If I could I would upload the essay so that everyone can see how much plagairism I found. I am shocked and saddened that a company like this charges a premium price for a poor and unethical product. The staff did not even bother to try and get the researcher to provide references for the plagiarised work and instead assured me that it was not plagiarised. They chose the wrong customer to take for a ride that's for sure.
If anyone has experienced this please respond and let's get in contact!
Angry, dissapointed and ready to fight for my rights!
