Essay Townn is crooked.

If that's true, why don't you just give us the specific details regarding how the company "cheated" you? You have said that they already know who you are, so the reason you keep refusing to provide the details obviously isn't to avoid being identified. The real reason is because you are just a liar. The company did not cheat you. You got caught plagiarizing and the company refused to pay you. You go what you deserved, Mighty Mouse.

Writers and customers should avoid any companies on the DND list because there are good reasons for them to be on there. Most of them are dishonest.

You're a real nitwit. Now you want people to avoid "any" site on the DND because "most of them are dishonest." That's not exactly sound reasoning, Mighty Mouse.

Based on your criteria for being on the list, YOU need to be on it.

FR, it's only the crappy offshore companies that pay such low rates to writers. Avoid them and you won't have any problems. It's not rocket science.

Fake complaints about good companies had always been rampant in this place. As an outsider looking in, that was obvious.

There are certainly legal reasons why the moderator will not remove the DND list. I'm sure that the moderator does not need or want any advice.

I'm going to chime in here. I feel that you're generalizing a little too much. I won't name names, but there are a few sites on that list that I've worked for over the years. They are trustworthy companies that always paid me on time. I never witnessed them do anything shady to customers either. In fact, there were a few times over the years that I had a dispute with a customer regarding what I was supposed to provide. The customer was wrong each time. The owner of the company even admitted to me that the customer is wrong in each case. Regardless, the owner did his best to please both me and the customer. He paid me extra to do the rewrites but didn't charge the customers anything. He paid out of his own pocket each time to make sure that the customer was happy. This is why your message is unfair. There are other reasons why a good company may be on the DND list.

The others all ripped me off in one way or another

What he means to say is that the others fired him after he plagiarized.

If you have nothing to add, please move on.

I did have something to add, and I added it.

I'm always amused by people who post in a public forum and expect privacy or only comments in their favor.

Stupid, can you please type in at least remedial English when you try to chastise others about language skills? Thanks.

I am yet to come across a customer demanding that one of the qualifications is that of being a native speaker.

That's because the sites that you write for lie about it. Customers don't ask because they have already been misled that you are a native speaker.

The native speaker argument (as a basic qualification for academic writing) is important but overrated.

As the service provider, that's not your call to make. You're providing the product, not paying for it.

this has been a 'standard practice' for a while with Ukrainian, Indian, Pakistani and even Kenyan companies having their support staff use fake English names

That doesn't make it right or legal.

IMO, a scam is simply failing to deliver what you promise.

A scam is also lying about your qualifications in order to get a customer to order in the first place.

You also seem a little paranoid and delusional, which is why I suggested that you take your medication. I don't know who "Pheel-licks" or "WB" is, but I know who you are. You're a nutbag. You remind me of the guys who walk up and down the isles at baseball games yelling "Bag o' nuts here! Get yer bag o' nuts!"

I've been reading your posts since you first falsely accused me of being someone other than myself, and you truly are a typical nutbag. You've been telling people over and over that you are going to prove or post this or that, and you haven't done squat. It's pretty obvious that you are just a liar who can't put his money where his mouth is. What happened to all of the promises that you made about posting evidence against this "SNR" outfit? You're a big, fat phony.
