You keep saying this. It's getting old. Like this thread.

Helo,
I just want to know that how to get rewards? I am a general writer at AR. Kindly tell me. I often get thanks from customers. I will be thankful to you if you can help me.

I often get thanks from customers.

Are your customers retarded monkeys, or did they want a pile of difficult-to-read ESL garbage?

Nice man.
You are really burning! Keep up your "great" work. Thanks for giving me "cool" replies. But, I questioned from a serious, experienced person, not an idiot.

**** you, jackoff. I don't give a **** what you think about grammar, or about your personal insecurities growing up in a third world ****hole. I make typos on message boards, because I treat them casually. this is a forum for casual language; stop trying to be a snoot. don't you know that pointing out spelling/grammar errors on message boards and in chatrooms makes you look like an ahole? take your fears about your own twisted English skills, and cram them up your ass.

I just want to know that how to get rewards?

email administration after a customer thanks, compliments, or repeat requests you, and ask them for a reward point. admin will not do this on their own; you have to remind them.

and as a side note to all AR writers: be careful! AR has been known to randomly jack fines up to 300%. if this happens to you, quit.

btw, does anyone know where AR is located in the US? their phone number has a New York area code. I know some people who would love to pay them a visit...

Thanks for your kind reply. I was thinking that all people are angry men here. But, you responded nicely to me. Thanks again. Its sure, AR is situated in america. I will surely act upon your advice. Actually I don't wanna be permanent. So, I can quit whenever I want.

I don't really understand your point. You want to quit, stay on, or what? Search this forum for the company you're working for; moreover, google your company a bit to get to the bottom line.

Please mind your language. If you cannot argue with clear and meaningful language, you're making no sense to me.

the pet dog of a bunch of clueless idiots

I have already, many a time, cleared my position but you keep on repeating this point. In fact, I must say you have only two things to say over and over in every single thread and all the posts you make in a thread: (i) You lost your AK acc.; (ii) WB and P are your rivals.

Is that only it? C'mon man, get a life.

you should have stuck to defending global English

Huh...?

Your overacting requires attention!

Writing four words is an overreaction? I don't know ho long it takes you to slowly peck out words on an English-based QWERTY keyboard, but I type pretty quickly.

Academia research has mastered all the traditional tools of scamming. Who will save both the students and the writers from this level of impunity. I think its best to ban this essay business so that students can put down their assesses and reap the rewards for their failures.

Why don't you just send him a message via the customer service panel at UK English Research?

^^^

Find the e-mail containing the information from that order and login to the control panel like Pheelyks said. There, you can use the "Contact the Writer" tab. Also, when you got your essay, there should have been a cover page with information and a disclaimer. On this, the writer's name should be listed.

There is no way to call these creeps. The only contact that a writer, regardless of ranking, can contact them is through the chatroom. Don't bother using the Skype number or the number on the website. Nobody will pick up. They prefer to chat because that allows them to hide behind the fact that they can barely string together an understandable English sentence through their thick Ukrainian accents. Sending them the inquiry form does not bring back a reply either. They have "chat hours" these days and often times, nobody is manning the chat window. Even when you do get someone in chat, you end up having to wait for long periods between responses. I have no idea why they take so long to respond to the inquiries in chat. They always ask you to "please wait." without explaining what you are supposed to be waiting for. When they do reply, it's as useful as an umbrella filled with holes on a rainy day. I stopped trying to contact their support group via their chatroom about 3 years into my working relationship with them. I found that they responded faster when I used old client chat boards to leave messages for them. They had to respond, they could not afford to let the client read the message I left for the client assistants.

Unsolicited emails are the method by which other academic writing companies try to get a writer assigned to a paper which has been sitting in the server for more than 3 days (depending upon the deadline) and has not been picked up by a writer. They start shopping the paper around through these emails, hoping to find one who will take the paper before the company has to issue a full refund to the client. Bear in mind that at this point, they have already assured the client that the paper has been assigned to a writer, which is why they are hitting the panic button trying to get someone to work on the paper. Most of the time the high level writers decline these orders and it keeps going down the hierarchy, until it reaches the junior or beginner writer level. Don't take paper assignments like that. Such papers are often a writer's nightmare.

Academia Research has a screwed up system when it comes to assigning orders. Either they do not have a good software running on their server with regards to writer assignments or, Their HR staff is totally incompetent. The situation that this writer found himself in, getting an email confirming an order assignment, only to not find it in his work list, is a common occurrence at their place of work. Contacting the HR staff through chat normally results in an explanation regarding the "mix-up". The letter the OP received was a standard template. They make those mistakes so often, they needed an automated email response to send out already. These people don't know how to run a business which is why I am amazed that they somehow manage to stay afloat and, seem to be very popular among the students.
