Best place to write?

Hi Everyone,

I am an academic writer and have been looking around for good places to write. I liked essaybay.org, but that seems to be dead to new people/registrations. Anyone have some good information about where I can find some good jobs? It certainly seems that 4writers.com is not a good place to find work other than voluntary.

Let me know if you have any ideas. Hope you are having a nice day!

Looking for the same information myself. I've been fortunate enough to find one legitimate company that I've been working with for about a month, but I am hoping to find a few more so I have a wider range of assignments to choose from.

I think I just got lucky on the first one.. I'm finding it really difficult to sort out information about other possibilities. Do a Google search, and so much of what comes up looks fairly suspicious. Nearly every site you find also seems to have someone calling it a scam on some forum (often on this one) as well. Many of those reports may well be true. You do have to wonder, however, when the complaint is clearly written by someone.. well, let's just say someone you wouldn't want writing a paper for you. Which makes it hard to tell if the site in question is illegitimate for not paying them, or -more- legitimate because it rejected their work.

d652482 is much better writer then Pheelyks or FreelanceWriter who can only provide (if you give them your own sources) for ESL students on poor level, at the best.

Ms. Ukrainian Fraudster, you can barely read Green Eggs and Ham, so STFU.

As I've pointed out many times, you've (previously admitted that you've) never seen anything I've ever written besides my posts on this forum and you know absolutely nothing about what I can and can't write or for what projects I'd ask customers to provide sources. I write 500-700 papers every year and request sources for maybe 10% of those. Meanwhile, you can't even post a one-sentence forum response without at least 4 mistakes that prove you don't write English well enough to criticize anybody else's writing.

Due to the pandemic, the writing companies have shut down their hiring schedules. The academic season is really problematic this year for most countries and the companies are trying to streamline their businesses. They are releasing under-performing writers and keeping only their top tier reliable writers on an "allowance" of sorts. Hiring freezes are normal in these types of settings so it would be better for those interested in academic writing to try their luck on UpWork and other direct hire sites instead. It is a more difficult way to get started but you might get lucky and land a few well paying jobs.

Students have also come to realize that essay writing companies and forums such as there are not the only placesa nor are these the best places, to find writers for their various needs. Writers themselves have begun to shy away from writing companies while opting for memberships at forums only as a networking method. The jeg economy has led to the path of self promotion at these new direct hire, per project sites. The clients / students have more control over the hiring and bidding process in those places. The writers have more project options without the need to use a middle man as well. The result? Writers that are actually qualified to work on specific projects get hired by employers at a cost efficient price.

I'd agree with this. In my experience, new customers in this industry just don't realize that they're no safer going with essay companies than with independent writers, at least independent writers whose histories and reputations they can research on forums such as this one. Every reliable independent writer I've ever known either used to write for essay companies or still writes for essay companies while trying to build a private clientele, simultaneously. For every legit essay company with good writers, there are dozens of rip-off companies with atrocious writers who do nothing but copy/paste from Wikipedia, if they actually provide anything after collecting payment, at all. Even legit companies typically employ more bad and totally inexperienced writers than good, highly-experienced writers; but once you find a single reliable freelance writer who delivers high-quality projects, you know that you've found a consistent source of good writing.

We all know there are disreputable essay writing companies but there are also plenty of reputable ones. The important point to grasp is that a reputable UK essay company will only permit a writer to take on a project within their sphere of expertise which is based on their qualification(s).

"Even legit companies typically employ more bad and totally inexperienced writers than good, highly-experienced writers;..." Where is your evidence for such self-serving baseless claims?
