papermasters.com does have an essay fraud logo which ensures that its s genuine site, but it does does not mention about the writers they hire. Does anyone know about papermasters.com and the background of writers they hire?

My goodness! If you all spent the same amount of time and energy into helping each other find legitimate essay writers instead of '********' with one another, this site might prove a darn sight more beneficial to its users.

I have been trawling the alleged uk 'essay writing' sites and have found two that seem legit (unless anyone has heard to the contrary).

Secondly, is degree essays uk ukessays.com[DND*]); trade name Academic Anwers Ltd which, once again is registered with Companies House and even has a credible record of accounts submitted. It seems above board but their website is identical to another one (can't recall which) that is listed on essay fraud. Now it could be that their website was copied to give this other one authenticity, I just don't know.

The thing is, I'm getting desperate now. I would appreciate knowing if anyone has heard anything on either of these websites. Also, their prices are not the cheapest. As I say, they seem bonifide.

Thank you for your interest in the essay agency. If I may be permitted to make a couple of points. Due to the amount of posts on this site by your selves, you clearly work for a rival company. It would be nice if you were actually a customer commenting on the Essay Agency, and Amy by your terminology of the word 'felon' you clearly are NOT British, which means you would have little to no use of a British essay writing service.

In regard to my conviction, yes this is correct. In 2003 I was a director of a telecommunications company which unwittingly breeched the Trades Descriptions Act and I was fined accordingly. Please note this was 4 years ago and in no way has any reflection on the Essay Agency.

I understand the points made may put off potential customers, so I'd like to make these points: the essay agency can be contacted via telephone (number on website) during office hours. We supply approx 2500 essays a year and it is worth noting that there isn't a single complaint from a customer on 'essayscam'.

My own opinion is that most of the users of this website are actually connected with essay companies and have no interest in helping others to find "legitimate essay writers" but rather are here to promote their own interests or to disparage their competition.

The companies you ask about have already been posted about on this website; there's a nifty search facility available to help you locate previous posts. Whether the posts are really by students, writers, company representatives, or competitors is something you'll have to try and figure out for yourself.

I don't think there are any legitimate essay companies. If essay companies were genuinely interested in helping students to learn (and not to cheat) then they wouldn't be offering complete custom written essays but be offering essay guides and frameworks from which the students could write their own essays.

Perhaps if "you spent the same amount of time and energy" writing your own essays rather than trawling the internet for 'legit' essay companies, you might find your education and bank balance better off.

Shut your mouth up and stop pretending innocent. Let me remind you that. Around 5th April 2007, I ordered a paper from your website. It costed me 320 pounds and you supposed to deliver it in 5 days. Anyway after like 10 days later, after millions and my phone calls and emails being ignored, you called me and apologised that you couldn't contact your writer and blah blah. You promised to refund me the 320 pounds. Well, your gurantee is that if you fail to deliver the paper on time, you will still deliver it for free and refund your customers (look at your website again if you've already forgot). Today, 12th June 2007, I haven't got my paper yet (I dont need it anymore, damn it) and I HAVEN'T GOT MY REFUND BACK YET. Every time I spoke to you on the phone (which is rarely because you never pick it up!!!), you said you would transfer me the money via my account, or send me a cheque. Well, to let you know, I counted that you said 3 times of transferring money and 3 times of sending a cheque and the money has not yet come to my account, nor the cheque. You've caused me lots of troubles and time to contact you. You know what, what the hell, I am sure there have been so many students who are cheated by you. I spoke to a solicitor and I'm pretty sure I have a good case, espicially with you background! Within a couple of days, my solicitor and I will sovle out the documents and fill out the forms and stuff. We'll take you to court and you'll see.

To everyone else: Stay far away the Essayagency.com. From my experience, this is just a fraud business. You cant contact them during office hours, even if you leave your message, they'll never get back to you. You'll waste time and money if you come to them.

I wonder how you define "never"? If they get back to you in 15 years, they still get back to you so how would you know they would "never" get back to you?

Major, would you satisfy if they get back to you in 15 years and says "Sorry mate, we've been busy and we'll send you a cheque" and another 40 years later just before you pass away, you still haven't got it?

As I said, I tried to contact them recently (about a week) to confirm some details so I can fill out forms for taking them to court but have always catched the voice mail box. Enough is enough, I dont care anymore. I think I have enough information.

Has anyone here been cheated by Essay Agency (or Joe Boll)? We can take it to court together. My university is willing to publish this story in their newspaper as a lesson for all the students. I'll also contact some big names as this kind of business is currently a big concern.

Some people may say I'm too serious, it's just 300 pounds, why do that? It's just I'm so annoyed with this. Plus I made an order at Essay Agency because I had to go home and take care of some family issues, I didn't have much time in England at that moment. They totally upset me more.

To everyone who has problems with Joe Boll and Essay Agency: Please make a phone call to complain about this man and this company at 08454 04 05 06 (This is the Consumer Complaints). They will give you advice about the legal terms. Also they'll keep the records of the complaints and there is chance that an investigation will be opened and they'll take him to court.

Bear in mind that Mr Joseph Boll was found guilty as the "fraudster who masterminded a £2m premium phone line scam, distributing thousands of scratchcards and letters telling people they had won a luxury prize, was yesterday ordered to do 200 hours of community service". During that time, he used the profits "to buy a £250,000 flat, a Mercedes and a Range Rover with a personalised number plate" (at the age of 26). Link here:

Actually the University of Lincoln officially becane known as such in 2002, I was a student there at the time and was amongst the first students to graduate from there under its new name. When I started my course in 1999 it was the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside and all the law courses had been transferred from the site at Hul University to Lincoln which is how I ended up there.

Just before finishing the course the university changed its name and my friends and I all ended up with a degree from the newly formed university which frankly was not worth the paper it was written on as its ranking was virtually non existent as it was essentially a new institution.

Have you already commenced action against Joe Boll as I am also in the process of doing the same as he owes me £330 from last year. Maybe we should find all other writers and students who have been scanned and have a joinder of all the cases in one hearing.

I don't have figures on who can write better English. However, it is true that most of the ESL writers have poor English (including me) which doesnot in any way prove that the native English speakers are any better. If at all, their standard has been falling as can be seen from their SAT scores. The US educational policies since mid 80s have focused on this aspect. "Back to Basics" program is the latest attempt to fix their educational issue, of which 'English' is one aspect of the 3Rs.

I am owed £350 by the Essay Agency for some writing I did for them towards the end of last year, and am considering taking Joe Boll to court, or going to 'Watchdog' with the story. But I'm just making sure I've got the right address for him first. The essay agency now seems to have disappeared off the internet, and Joe Boll now turns up as a diamond dealer (still in Bristol!)! I'd be interested to hear if anyone has got anywhere yet with taking him to court regarding the Essay Agency.

I am sorry to say this: I have stopped working for Academia. They don't pay. They pay as long as they can make a lot of money from your writing. Please do not depend on this company. You can keep it as an additional money fetcher; but not the main one. They always retain a portion of your money offering some reason or other, to cheat you out of it if you stop writing. This is not a good company. My friend was working for them and I got introduced through her. They seemed to have deteriorated in their dealings with the writers in recent months. Please believe me, now it is not a genuine company at all.
