A query for the current writers of US-based company (British writer / payment mode)

Hi there!

If anyone here is working for any reputable US-based service can they please let me know about their payment options?I do have a UK bank account and I was wondering if they had the GBP-BACS option? What about PayPal?

I wrote to some of them asking if they were accepting any more writers and whether they hired British writers and they said yes. However before I apply all I am worried about is the frequency and mode of payment.

Any help out here?

Cheers

I don't know anything about foreign currency, but they send us a paper check on or about the last day of every month. In December, we usually get 2 checks about the 15th and 31st.

In December, we usually get 2 checks about the 15th and 31st.

I've read that about some writing firms. It must be a courtesy to writers, enabling them to have some extra money available before Christmas.

So they don't pay by PayPal or bank transfer at all?I mean is there like an option on the writers panel at all for alternative payment methods??I am in the UK and I was wondering that it might take a bit long for the cheques to reach here.

Please advise and thank you for your answer.

Also,do you get to have your own writers panel where you can select work or they email available orders to you? I am just so curious.I really like their emails and response, especially their website. But I am just not too keen on the Cheques option.

Please advise :))

There's no option on the writer's screen for making any changes to your account or about payment types and I don't know whether or not there are other payment options when you first sign up.

You just get a bulletin board-type of screen displaying all available orders w/details and if you want to write one you select it off the board. You get an auto e-mail confirming the order/details/due date/etc. After you upload the paper to the system, it credits your total for the month. Same basic story for similar academic paper services.

Totally legit company. Write whatever papers you want and get a check every month. 1099 at year's end. Writers always get paid; customers always get their money's worth for whatever they order. No problems as long as your writing is good.

Has anyone had experience with them from a customer's perspective? I am thinking about posting some essays with them and I want to know if they are reliable. Do they only take on essays which they know they are capable of writing? Do they have a good screening process for their writer's? Are their claims true? Do they meet their deadlines?

Hi there

I just wanted to know if anyone knows if you submit an essay with a reputable writing helper are you able to request a specific writer? If you know of someone who works for them whom you would like to write your essay- can you request them?

FreelanceWriter works for some of them, which is pretty clear from this thread. That said, please stop asking for recommendations/reviews. It is NOT allowed, which I have now communicated to you multiple times.

Writing CurrencyYou can request specific writers by stating that request right in your order specifications.

Other writers are supposed to respect those requests and requested writers who don't want to do a requested paper are supposed to let the company know ASAP to open those orders up to other writers.

Generally, writers don't take essays that they can't complete satisfactorily.

I try to take as many requests as possible but sometimes I'm either too swamped with work or the request is outside of my ability to do well enough to take because the customer assumed that a prior topic I did means that I can do other related topics that are outside the narrow range of topics I can do in that particular area.

Deadlines are always respected and we're supposed to notify customers immediately if we anticipate any delay.

Guys I placed an order with a good American research paper service and I must say that while they delivered on time, the quality of my paper was very poor in every aspect. The writer to whom my paper was assigned obviously has no clue about the topic.

I have sent a request for a re-write and will let you guys know when I receive a response.

Get lost you idiot. If you work for them, prove it: whats the name of the person who signs your check every month?
Obviously, they don't use anybody whose English is as bad as yours.

Let's do compete in our business in a decent way rather in a heinous defaming way.

Don't flatter yourself: nobody here really considers you "competition" and those of us who are legitimate professional writers already compete against one another fairly and without defaming anybody 365 days a year without any help from idiots like you.

Payment modes are now more flexible for writers compared to when the business was young. You aren't limited to Paypal and wire transfers anymore. The companies can better accomodate the writers payment needsthanks to digital bank transfers. Eventhe unbanked can get paid now via fintechs. Payment modes are now the least worry of writers these days. St is the regularity of salary that appears to still be an issue.

I am not sure what the GBP-BACS option is but, there are some companies that still accept bank to bank and Western Union money transfers. Though no longer the norm, the companies accomodate old school money transfer methods upon the request of the writer. Though a bit of an inconvenience, they do this as a favor to the long employed writers of a good track record. I have not heard of a company that will not transfer to a UK bank account. The thing is, they will not cover transfer and conversion fees. Before applying at any company, check their payout method first. Make sure there is a payment channel suitable to your banking needs first.
