4writers.net payment delays

RWC is a Ukrainian company that lies to its students and grossly underpays its writers--when it pays them at all. They only hire foreign writers like you, and they pay just enough for the first few months you're with them to keep you happy--as long as yo live in a third-world country. In fact, I imagine $4/page earns a very good living in Kenya. Let's see how long that lasts....

Dear Pheelyks,

I am sure you haven't experience working with RWC. Whatever you have written is what you have heard. Am I right? But anyways, if what you say is right, at least let's make hay while the sun shines. I'll be careful. Thanks.

Am I right?

Nope. I was signed up as a writer for them for about three weeks--never completed an order because it was clearly complete bulls-i*. The second time they called me at 3 am to insist I take an order they had assigned to me for $4/page was the time I told them to shove their site up their a$$.

Dear Pheelyks,

You should have been patient. May be by calling you they just wanted to check how confident you are and how much they could rely on you. Even I receive frequent calls from them regarding urgent orders. But I don't say anything absurd. On the contrary, I am proud that they consider me as a reliable writer. As far as the ppp is concerned, it increases as you achieve the stars. Only because you were unable to take the order, I don't think it will be logical to say that RWC is not a reliable company.

Regards

They aren't reliable because they try and force writers to take orders, because they don't know how to read a clock, and because the wages they pay are only worthwhile in undeveloped countries. You're the kind of writer they love--thrilled to be making $8/hour and to dumb to do anything about it when they eventually screw you over.

Well, I am sorry to say that it is not true. They never force you to take any order. They only request you. Please don't put the blame of your incompetence on a company as reliable as RWC. Regarding my being a citizen of an undeveloped country, you are again mistaken. Mine is a beautiful country and I am proud to be a part of it. But anyways, if you think that the ppp being offered doesn't suit you, don't take it. May be people in the 'undeveloped' countries are more than happy with the price. As far as I am concerned, I am content with the rates being offered to me. You look out for companies that offer better bargain. My best wishes are for you. Don't waste your time in unnecessary allegations and in giving useless advice and making stupid comments. Do something concrete.

as long as yo live in a third-world country.

As long as writing flawless English is a nightmare to you, RWC has no place for you. Poor boy!

Thanks. I didn't. You know they charge customers a minimum of four times what they're paying you, right? You're such a tool....

Timely WritingThank you for your comments. The last message in this thread was posted seven years ago, i.e. in 2012. It means that there have been no complaints within this period of time what, in its turn, proves that all the issues with the delays in payments were solved.

We do treat our writers with respect, as they play a great role in the company development. We always transfer salaries on time, as we understand how important it is to our writers. However, some writers provide inaccurate bank information (e.g. indicate a wrong card currency, forget to update information about their expired card, make mistakes while sending their payment details), which may cause a delay in payments. Still, even if such a mistake occurs on the writers' part, our Financial Department notifies HR managers and they contact writers asking to update their payment details during 3-4 days. Once it is done, salaries are transferred one more time. Finally, our company cannot influence bank operations (i.e. it may take up to 7 business days for some banks to transfer money).

As to our prices, they range from $3 to 14 per page. Each type of order is priced in a different way, as it depends on numerous factors such as the deadline, number of pages, kind of assignment, and academic level. We do care about the quality of our papers. That is why we make sure all of them are written appropriately. It means that each work is edited and checked for plagiarism. On demand, we send our customers plagiarism reports so that they can see that their projects are original. Our writers receive +50% extra to the order salary if they are chosen as "preferred writers" by customers. Besides, we have introduced the option called "Tips" - customers can leave tips (i.e. bonuses) to writers and 100% payment is assigned to the writer (the company does not get a penny out of it). Hundreds of writers have already received tips for their successfully completed orders.

We assure that our writers get their salaries in full. The only case when they can be penalized is the plagiarism detected in their papers (our writers do know that creating plagiarized papers is against our policy). As to the deadlines, we always strive to meet them. In case extension is needed, we contact our customers and discuss the issue with them. Our writers receive salaries according to their performance and company rules. The best writers receive regular bonuses and tips from customers. Writers violating our rules are exposed to penalties that are explicitly described on the website (we do not have any hidden fees). We never expose writers to penalties without any reason - each time an issue is identified, a QCD team/HRs contact writers and explain the penalty, but it happens rather rarely. If writers think that they were treated unfairly, we have a Writers' Complaint Manager that carefully investigates the issue and assigns compensation if writer's fault was disproved. We highly value our writers and offer them a number of benefits that are explained on the website. We never take customers' side - if they did not pay enough - we ask for compensation; if they send new instructions in their revision requests - we ask for compensation.

All customers' messages and emails are responded promptly because our Support Team works 24/7. In addition, we have a separate Writers' Support Team that assists writers round the clock with all possible questions and issues.

In other words, we strive to create excellent working conditions for our writers so that they are satisfied with each aspect of their work.
