That means everybody has strengths and weaknesses. If an ESL has a talent in writing (not just the use of English that most proud EFLs claim is their strength but the art of writing), s/he should be given chance to utilize this. On the other hand, if an EFL has a talent in operating a successful business in this industry (not just the use of money and capital), s/he should be excused to proceed.
This should run in the minds of the battling EFLs and ESLs. The main point is that the best writer is the one who is excellent in the art of writing (as opposed to the use of a certain language) while the best business person is s/he who is talented in succeeding in business.
Example: an EFL may not know how to present in paper the critical aspects of a philosophical statement if s/he is not the writer I am referring to. You are a witness that such form a good percentage of the ordered papers.
Another example: an ESL may run the loss of running this essay business regardless of how deep his/her pocket is.
IT IS ONLY WHEN MEMBERS IN THIS FORUM WILL BEGIN THINKING AND CRITICIZING THEIR WORDS, THAT THEY WILL LEARN TO TOLERATE EACH OTHER AND HELP IMPROVE THE INDUSTRY.
LONG LIFE ESL, LONG LIFE EFL. YOU ARE ALL GIFTED IN VARIED WAYS.
