it is becoz the writer cancel the order and I did not receive anything and the company remains the credits in my account. Based on the website claimed that 100% money back guarantee I am asking the refund and they refused to do so. They said I could order again and money will be charged in the account balance. So could I take action until I got refund?

Basically, I paid the service from writinghelp.co.uk and sooner they said they could bot fulfilled/done by the experts. And so I was request the money back because I receive nothing from the company and they refuse to do so.

All their answer is giving back the credit to my account then I could order in the further again.

I totally disappointed to this company since every time I chat with them they just said refund is not possible. last time one of the account manager said I could get money back but later on they said there is a mistake, no refund is made. So I am planning to report a online fraud if I could not get money back after negotiation. Or I dont think there is a chance to talk to them since they would terminated the chat if you continue request refund.
