I think SimpleTense. is for Chinese students. I checked their reviews which are almost Chinese. Expect ESL non-English writers, they won't hire expensive ones. It's China after all :) Could be related:

"Hallo,anyone worked with a Chinese company called "small bottle"(in Chinese)? I need to know if they 're genuine."
I'm not sure how to translate it. They have weird names there. Not smart to name a writing service like that.
