Freelancers do the same thing - they have a few fake email accounts set up under fictional names and they would give them to you as a "reference" (so you contact them hoping to contact their real, former customers, but in fact you contact the freelancer who pretends to be a satisfied student). It's a shady game and you get stung if you choose wrong.

More and more people who live outside of the English-speaking countries speak and write very good English. My English teacher was born in Sweden and his English is better than other professors I know.

Such tools are useless. All my essays always show 30% because I use quotations and they may catch very common phrases like 'Thank you very much.' I'm now persuaded like it's presented on this forum that plagiarism tools only collect student essays and publish them under a different way to make money on ads and such.

If you're not qualified to do these orders, stay away from them. And don't help students cheat (one thing is helping in composing an example paper, but taking exams for someone else will get you in jail).

You may know that a 10-page research paper may contains lots of quotes; same the bibliography page. It's not easy to remove quotes (some may be single and other double). If I had to remove quotes manually, I'd be faster taking random excerpts and search for them in google. Your advice is not very reasonable, I'm sorry.

It depends. Have you ever been to Southern Texas or rural Kentucky? If so, you may realize that some Americans from these region cannot properly spell the word 'beer' (in spite of them drinking it every day). So being born in America versus using English language is meaningless and cannot be compared. The post on the previous page could well be made by a person born in the US, believe me.

Our teachers advice students not to paraphrase too much because they don't cite it properly. I hope academic writers don't steal ideas too. I've never written a research paper without a Reference page, but you may be from a traditional school of research and can do a 10 page research paper without a bibliography page.

I prefer an educated ESL writer than a writer who was born in America but can't spell simple words like beer.

Ok I have to consult with my professional teacher who is paid by the state if I don't have to use bibliography page in all papers - it would be much easier to me :)
