guys just two points to ask:

1. do you know if these sites transfer as well the copyrights so you can write down your name free of risk(if you pay all these money you should have as well the copyrights)

2.how can you ascertain their physical location?i.e in the uk you can ask their trade address, VAT and registration number(every company must have these elements and must provide them on its own website by law).what about in the us?

Is there anothere site exept from essayfraud were you can get info or a list about scam companies? I remember that some time ago I found one with google but I cannot recall it. However, I do recall that some of the sites mentionted there weren't into essayfraud's list.

I just called them and the lady on the phone told me that they used to have it in the past.However I cannot acc ertain anything.I still need info. about them.so if someone has had an exerience about them or knows anything pleease let me know

just an un update

The lady told me as well on the phone that their are still being verified by essay fraud.

I also sent them an email asking them their company registration number(every legal company must have it) and the possibility to pay them by direct bank invoice(us bank account and bank account holder). THis last was a direct trap to reveal the owner in case of a fraud

Here is their reply:

''I am sorry but we will not release our bank information or private company information. We accept payment via the methods specified on the website. If you wish to utilize our company's services, you will have to conform to these payment methods.''

So my conclusion is do not trust them!

A legal company has nothing to fair and can release all these information
Indeed under the us federal law(as well in all EU countries) registration number must appear in all company's documents.ie it is a public information!

Final update:

I wrote an email to essayfraud about them.

Here is what essayfraud replied me:

My question about how essay fraud is getting funded I posted as well in essayfraud forum.I have nothing to hide.Do you know what they did?Guess!They canceled my post!How you call that in English?????!!!!!

My post was just a simple question to inform people how they finance their activities

It is just a simple ,logical doubt.How do they pay their fix costs?How do they pay that poor moderator or the staff.They do have staff, don't they?

They claim to purchase papers from the scam companies.Where do they find the money?Those papers are not for free.There is non philanthropy in the economic activities.Even UNICEF is a non profit organization but it is known how they finance their activities.

You do not say anything about the illegitimacy according to the commerce code of these companies.WHY?
Why those ''verified'' sites refuse to provide their registration number, registration office and legal trade address using ridiculous excuses?I have mentioned already that it is indispensable under the federal law and EU trade legislation to provide all these elements.In case they do not provide them, automatically the firm is illegal and several civil and penal sanction are applied.Why they do not answer the phone they provide?If they are legitimate companies, do they have anything to hide?
