In my case, it's easy to prove the paper given to me was completely different from what I asked for. The customer service team didn't have any argument on that.
All my instructions were very detailed, the writer obviously didn't followed my requirements. All the key parts were out of my topic. The final paper was completely different from the sample papers I sent to them. More than 2000 words useless introduction and conclusion included although I already warned the writer several times do not included,etc.
But they argue that I still received a product which is not completely useless. And they strongly argue that I can not submit it for my credit, even some words I wrote by myself (the writer just checked grammar). Once I ask for a refund, whatever full refund or part refund, the writer will take steps to establish authorship. That's mean even the work I wrote by myself (the writer edited) will all belong to the writer's authorship.
Their logic seem like if you submit the paper as credit, then they are not responsible to provide a product that meets the passing standards. If you ask for refund, they would say no because you submit it for credit.
But the point is whatever the customer use their product appropriately or not, they still need to provide a product that meets at least the passing standards,right? If they can't guarantee that the product they provide is passable quality, they shouldn't take the order! How can those guy have it both ways?
Any advice? In my case, does this mean refund become impossible?
Have any other ways I can cover my loss? I even try to ask for equal amount free editing or credit, but they still no response.
Bzw, what does "your pay processor can still back you" mean? I use Paypal.
