Well according to client surveys, I have more than satisfactorily satisfied the clients' requirements. I just did this for some extra money. The $311 is not going to make me or break me, but I just don't like people that are dishonest and I plan to do all I can to expose them.

onedrfl has a GREAT idea, which may very well be the way to defeat EssayWriters.net once and for all. Take as many LARGE orders as you can, and do not complete them! If they fire you, so what! Just open a new account using an anonymous proxy and do the same thing--over and over again. Their end user sites (BestEssays, SuperiorPapers, etc.) will earn a very bad reputation with customers for not delivering paid orders! Their revenue will plummet!
This idea should have it's own, separate thread!
Well there is one probelm, Amy. As soon as they see I haven't completed an order that is due tomorrow they will most likely take me off the other orders so that alone won't shut them down, but it will make life more difficult for them.

By the way, these criminals changed the look of essaywriters.net because it looked exactly the same as one of their fraudulent end user sites, DissertationsExperts.com. I guess too many people were "connecting the dots."

Guys, of course I can speak only for myself. But I seem to be one of the luckiest who did receive their payments. I use paypal and I can just guess that maybe you didn’t get your payments because of some technical problems such as holidays or weekend. At their site I read about possibility of such problems.

Well guys, despite a missing payment on one $20 assigment from a few weeks ago, I got my money through paypall on the 23rd. With everyone else not getting their money, I was sure I'd be among the list of you. Even though I got paid, I'm still not to happy with the company in general not returning messages, and other companies are paying 10x more money then them.

I still remain sad with my tragic story of not being paid for my work as yet. But you know, they're replying to all my queries real fast. It's as if we're almost chatting, lol. And you know what? they are actually checking all the papers for plagiarism. On my request, they showed me a couple of reports that detected plagiarism in my papers, but unfortunately they did not realize that I had actually cited the sources too. I have just messaged them about that, let's see what they say in reply. I am not totally upset with them. As long as they pay me eventually I don't mind anything. Like obviously, delays in payments is definitely a pain, but considering the no. of orders they have, I might really want to continue working for them. Four of my cousins work for them, they all have recieved their payments today. This keeps my hopes alive. Let's see what happens next.

How many essays have you written for them, over what period of time, and how much did they owe you?
The other thing is that, of course, they are going to have to pay some people to look legitimate and stay in business. They are obviously not stupid. They are just crooks.
I am also very interested to know on exactly what topics people have written and what the titles of the topics were. They only have 5 available orders up today. It is the end of the semester so it looks OK now. I do wonder if they sometimes put up orders that no one has actually ordered so that it will look like they are busy when they are not. The writers that unknowingly choose the "fake" orders would, of course, not be paid since no one is paying them.
"Don't be so suspicious?" Well the reason they have gotten away with this for 5 years is because people are NOT suspicious. I don't care if I am the worst writer in the world, which I already know I am not, having won prizes for my work, but when someone says they are going to pay you then you should be paid and paid on time. Nothing less is acceptable; not in my country, anyway!

Well I must tell you they depsoited all of what they owed me into my PayPal account today. I have requested for PayPal to put the money into my bank account. I will feel secure once this is done. I understand PayPal takes 4-5 days to do this. I don't think they can take the money back once they have deposited it into PayPal but I am not sure.

hey! i've also been RIPPED OFF by ESSAYWRITERS! i completed 32 orders for them, 20 payable THIS WEEK (for the "combined" payment periods of Dec. 16 and Jan. 1). they kept giving excuses about "something not right or incomplete with my payment details. under vague guidelines, i kept re-editing the details and when finally they "VERIFIED" them, they say the accountant's already on holiday which they later changed to "accountant doesn't work outside payment terms", etc. this, when they earlier kep promising thru email, chat and messaging system that they'll pay on time! because i gave them an ultimatum and i was kinda hoping they'll pay before.
i got that info when i was already worried whether they'll pay me or not. they were giving all kinds of lame excuses to delay.
i gave them up to over an hour ago to pay and give me the tracking no. they did however say some 20 hours ago that i'll shortly receive my money. just now, minutes ago, they told me they'll "try ur best (sic)" to pay me today or tom. i'll wait for 23 hours and will get back to you guys and gals.

It must work there, because most of us got paid initially. That's what they do--they pay you at first to suck you in, and then they stop paying you. Anyway, it DOES work or none of us would have been paid to begin with.

Also, I continue to bill essaywriters/universalresearch through paypal. and i have reported them to paypal. Paypal has said they are investigating. Since Universal Research is a registered member of paypal, if they are suspected/found to be fraudulent, there's a good chance paypal will cancel their account. This means they cannot use paypal, and hopefully this will help cripple them. i encourage all of you to file complaints with both paypal and IC3.

yeah i guess paypal not working in India you should have choose Xoom or WU. But it must be better if you choose WU coz you will know the name of the sender and point of origin of the sender when you choose WU.
In such way you can have a piece of evidence if next time they won't pay you, atleast you can have the name and port of origin of the sender.

Here's the thing:: ultimatums don't work with them. Since they are not legitimate, and are merely trying to make money from Americans in a fraudulent manner, and are also NOT on American soil, they know that they only have to stall and cajole and ignore long enough to make as much as they can before the disappear, reinvent themselves, and start the process again.
Don't think for a second there is ANYTHING remotely legitimate about them.
WE know their business address is not real. WE know they have cheated many writers, as we can see on forums like this. We know from some experience how they treat the writers when the writers are in their employ, and how suspicious and unprofessional they are ALWAYS. All the earmarks of a scam organization are present, yet some of us continue to hope for the best. While a positive attitude is indeed important, it is not helpful to be naive, and this only perpetuates the scam. We have to be hardcore about this, gang. We have to stand up and say something. We have to be proactive. Nothing changes until we change it.

Perhaps their Accounting Department isn't good enough to handle such job. It's a mind boggling for me though how come they are still checking the papers for plagiarism haven't they check it first before giving to customer? coz my cousin have been working for another company and she really like it there , she has no problem with payment and they really check the paper for plagiarism and tells you immediately about it, they let you do it before submission and after that they will send it to customer.

Then, after weeks/months of stalling and bulls-i* excuses for not paying the writer, essaywriters.net[DND*] comes up with bogus "plagiarism" accusations as an excuse to fire the writer WITHOUT PAY! Writers mean NOTHING to them. As soon as a writer speaks up about lack of payment and poses a "problem," they fire him/her and simply hire another clueless victim to start the ripoff process all over again.
We need to stop them!
By the way, all of the "testimonials" on their site are bulls-i*. They are all fake. Take note of the "apple pie" names they made up for each one.
