Perhaps damages, propietary and personal, have been sustained already. Perhaps, diplomatic representations are being made for derogatory remarks against foreign states.

You see, I do not want to be a party to obstruct any investigation. This is my last post as I do not want to further dignify her comments. So perhaps, you can do the same thing.

I have been following this thread for two days now and can honestly say, Amy you have been babbling on and on and going in complete circles both days! I came here to check out this site seriously. At first sight, by reading the forums and some posts I was a little hesitant, but then Rat stepped in and really opened my eyes with some good old fashioned research. Some writers will miss some good opportunities by just listening to the likes of you and taking it as truth when you did little research and only posted what made your stance seem valid. That is very misleading and not fair. You started the gossip but in the end we found out the truth. Thanks Rat! :D

If it's just the ESL thing, why go to all the trouble of engaging in a very lengthy, below-the-belt diatribe about essaywriters.net's LLC and all? Just focus on your pro-ESL arguments as needed.

It just seems too good to be true of any disinterested person to zealously come to the defense of the business aspect of that site. I have a mind of my own and I don't need Amy to tell me what appears right or credible. If you're associated with the site, there should be nothing wrong with admitting it and starting your check on Amy's supposed prejudice against ESL writers from that point. You would even come out cleaner and this forum thread, more pleasant to read.

pious, this guy has an agenda. He has created multiple usernames over the last few days, solely to attack me, one of the main detractors of EssayWriters.net. He has invested countless hours defending EssayWriters.net to the death. He'll have you believe that he has no affiliation with EssayWriters.net, however. He's just a concerned citizen who can't stand my textual "racism" against ESL writers. Conveniently, he ignores my repeated explanations of my stance, which has absolutely NOTHING to do with race or color. EssayWriters.net uses ESL writers to bait-and-switch American consumers. THAT'S my problem.

My last post on this topic. I bring it all when I take a stand. You can take it however you want. In the end, I passed on no false information and dispelled a great deal of lies and half-truths. I've made the public aware of an untruth and provided them with the truth. That's what I do. That in itself is reward enough for me. I'm sorry you haven't met a person that is passionate about truth and fairness; I assure you we are out there.

You may have your own mind and can make up your own mind, others aren't so capible. My friend Kissncook, for example, contacted me yesterday about this forum; she did believe Amy and her lies and half-truths. Others in this thread have also stated they believed Amy till I jumped in. Like I've stated in the past, I've laid it all out there and Amy hasn't, we still don't know the reason for the level of anger she has toward these types of sites and their foreign owners. It never was about exposing Amy's prejudice, that emanated organically from the debate. Even now, in the end, she's trying to use misdirection to gain support and pull attention away from her shattered case.

I speak of the email she's talking about. That email was sent before this debate even got off the ground. It was the result of a few comments I made to rattle her cage because of the way she was talking down to ESL writers on this site. She would have you believe it was something that would make all my words untrue when in fact is was nothing more than a note to her to not take it (the picking on her about her comments before this all started) personally, that I was just busting her chops. Taking her comment in that light how could you or anyone else for that matter believe she is being anything but biased?

As to the implications that I'm affiliated with Essay Writers, all I can say is other than applying to be a writer for the purpose of investigating them I have no vested interest in them. I have no problems posting proof of my earnings and where it came from for Amy to inspect till her heart's content. I doubt Amy would do the same; she wouldn't even tell us the reason for her anger. Hell I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out that she was employed by a competitor of Essay Writers and other foreign essay providing companies.

If I truly was being dishonest in any way shape or form I would've laid out the argument that she was a shill for an American based company. However, I hold myself to a higher standard than she does. I don't make claims I can't support with real evidence. Believe me I'd love to have the proof and perhaps my continued look toward Amy will net some. The simple fact of the matter remains, there is no proof of that or that she is vested in this site. There have been some "oddities" I've noticed. I can't find one post I put up yesterday. The issue with her quote which now shows as your quote piours. Post numbers don't match on a couple of post quotes. I'm not sure what it all means but rest assured I will get to the bottom of it.

In any event I am done with this. Amy can spin and twist herself to rapture for all I care. Between my arguments on this subject and another member's "trap" she has been shown not only to be a liar but incompetent too - what she calls research just can't be trusted.

I'm not really part of yours and Amy's issues but hey, don't feel sorry for me because I sure have met crusaders for truth and fairness. I really do not have to say this but I where I am, I associate with that kind because I myself am passionate not only about truth and fairness but as well, about principles. While some folks would do stand up for an underdog or oppressed business entity, isn't it a fact that many posters here accused Essaywriters of not paying up or of holding writers' payments? Not going after your personal life Amy, just your professional life and dealings because if you are affiliated with this site or the competition to those companies you are acting in an unethical manner and are subject to civil action and I will be leading the charge to bring you to court. I use only legal, ethical tactics in my investigations so if you're not hiding anything you have nothing to worry about from me... but if you are... get your checkbook ready... that is if you even have any money at all... and of course if you're an adult... if you're a minor then things get a little more tricky... ;)

I think it's important that the final product (in this case an academic essay) is written in good English. ESL writers may not be able to assure that. If the only reason a company hires an ESL writer is that they pay him/her less than an American writer, it should be noted on their websites somewhere.

Notonyourlife, I say this not to insult you but to advise you, in case you didn't know. As a fellow bad speller, I would suggest you draft your posts in MS Word or other word processing program which has spell check. That way when you're done you can correct the spelling and just copy and paste it into your post.

Also see if you can get your hands on a little program called Word Web. That way when you have a question about a word and its meaning you can just copy it into Wordweb and it gives you the meaning. It would also be a could way to further your writing skills as it will expand your vocabulary.

No pious for one main reason; even IF I were affiliated I never used false information in an attempt to prevent anyone from doing legal legitimate business...

If it turns out her motives are as such she's got some serious legal issues, not to mention a huge void of ethics.
