The usual crappy work which Eugene's websites provide. At the very least, he deserves a refund, don't you think?

Eugene - even if you refund him at this point, it means zilch. The bottom line is
1) if you refund him, you are only doing so because you want him to get the hell out of this forum;
2) he should never have been provided with D-quality work in the first place.

By her own admission, paid customers received F-level work.
