taken from the FAQ page

You certainly don't scare easy! You battled your way all through to the FAQ page and survived! I was way too scared ... call me a coward but I am not particulary fond of `battles to the death' with samurai warriors.

How many pages did you rape and pillage on your way over to the FAQ?

lately academia-research.com has been getting real sketchy with me

Rusty - take it up with Sean. He is the best one there (and the most reasonable). And, as he is the manager, he can do something about it. Don't leave a message on the board ... just write directly to his email address.

Patronus - I honestly do not want to cross either essaywarriors or you. The first are quite scary - all that talk of battlefields, tactical manouvering, war plans ... any sane person would tremble while reading their webcopy. As for your handle - whichever way I try to understand it, whether the Harry Potter or the Ancient Greek reference, I get scared ...

So, am really taking the bull by the horns here when I tell you that the name is simply STUPID! It really is very very strange :) In an industry which is all about writing, don't you think a more appropriate name would have been better (not even going to mention the webcopy in the context of appropriate writing:) )?

Well, there is this avid defender of the truth whose webcopies are remarkably similar to those of companies established long before ...
compare this articlesandbeyond.com to this onlinearticlehelp.com/.
The testimonials are particularly interesting ... onlinearticlehelp.com/testimonial.aspx check out the third one and remember: THE CUSTOMER WAS HAPPY.
The wonderful thing is that they promise originality and very firmly declare that each and every piece of work produced is checked for copyright infringement :)

Shall we say several sites like this one :) And all have served thousands of customers in the span of a few days.

Tell me, what do you think of people who STEAL webcopy and testimonials from all across the internet?

95% of the fee to their writers, surely they have to pay VAT?

charity, running at a loss :) RBS' worldpay deducts VAT whether one likes it or not - I assume that any payment porocessor would do that with any company in the UK or EU

Neither SGA nor SGSA deal with data products but that does not really mean much. If model essays are classified as a `good' (which some argue it to be), then companies in the industry have to supply a product which is satisfactory, consistent with the description given and fit for its intended use. So, if a company claims that it provides plagiarism-free, high-quality model researches, written specifically according to the customer's instructions but does not - trouble :) If model essays are categorised as services, then companies are required to render the service with due care and skill. If not, negligent liability ...

EU consumer laws have expanded the definition of Consumer sales to intangible goods (electronically delivered).

Basically, a real British company (not only which is simply registered in the UK), has to provide goods/services which, at the bare minimum, adhere to the standards advertised (promised consumers).

Not at all sure of US law, though.

Remember truthprevails and others? Well, all are the same person as the one up there :) MKM - yes, I am ignoring you. Jump all over the board, say whatever you want ...

BTW - have you been getting any pets to mind? :)

No - you are Australian :)

Some people have been called scammers for less.

Less, as in steal web programming (it is exclusive, by the way); less, as in engage in fraud ; less, as in plagiarise their way through UWS; less, as in steal webcopy from other sites; less, as in claim to have 10 years experience and served thousands of students when, actually, only couple of months and maybe 5 students?

MKM - do you think your opinion matters? J is following the board, BTW. You know my placeS of graduation but are trying to promote lies - ask Damin just how bad that is for you. You are going to find out soon enough, anyways :)

you know that my handle - it is not called poster name Asif - has nothing to do with my website names. Do not need to tell you that as you now.

Also, please learn how to speak English, not Americanese! 'Buy me a pack now'? YUK!

You really are a fool! You have the temerity to correct British English! How many times can you prove yourself wrong?

As stated, publish evidence
1) that I or any acting in my name, scammed anyone
2) that my company ever submitted anything except work which fully satisfied the receipient
3) that any of my websites make any false claims
4) that I was at any point in time ever FIRED by any company at all - you named Academia. Pls ask Sean or Alex to send you any proof whatsoever so that I may publish the counterevidence, in the form of screenshots which cannot be tampered with.

Please feel free to expose me. Why don't you put your money where your mouth is? Scurry over to any of my sites and pick out a single false claim and come on over and post the link. As you are such a do-gooder, you need to warn customers and writers about me. Show them the proof pls. It is important that you bring down scammers.

The only projects I tend to avoid are anything related to economics and physics.

You must be brilliant! You can produce professional, high quality research on anything from A to Z! Well, any company will overlook your physics and economics handicap. Forgive my ignorance but, you can tackle finance and accounting, but not economics? You provide high quality studies in areas such as nuclear chemistry and neurobiology, but not physics?

Yes ... they do need to be slapped silly ever now and then. What method of disciplining writers would you recommend?

I have a large inventory of academic books, articles, and newspapers.

I have a huge library of books but generally rely on proqest, ebsco, jstor etc for articles, newspapers ....

writing articles which are sure to help students become better writers

No - what I meant was that they are registered in the Phillipines, UK ... all over, actually. If writers signed up with them as a registered UK company, then the contract is unacceptable. Writing Careers / essaywriters.net fraud [179]

OK - and what is the basis for this answer? What I am saying is this:
If a writer completed essay #1 and sumbitted and was later assigned #2 and #3, a company does not have the right to go back and fine the writer for essay #1.

1) a company is supposed to check a writer's work prior to its presentation to the client - hence, there should be no damage to reputation;

2) if the writer was assigned work after the `damaging' essay, then the writer is proceeding under the assumption that his services were found acceptable and, on that basis, is being assigned more work.

The point is that
1) fines should not be levied at all and definitely not retroactively
2) where is quality control? why did they not catch the `damaging' work before it was allowed to do damage?

So, unless the fine was imposed upon work sumbitted during the current pay period, the fine should not be imposed.

Every company has the right to protect its reputation but ...

We shall officially make a complain to their payment processor i.e. SWREG

This is how SWreg (Digital River) works:
1) does not take action on individual complaints but looks at overall percentage; if percentage of complaints exceeds about 10% (disasterous level), they take action and can freeze an account for several weeks until the seller restablishes his standing.

2) Writer or service provider lodges a complaint - if SWreg investigates, it will go back to the customer's order (customer deals with SWreg so they have the info) and check the problem out; was the order cancelled? was there a chargeback? was the fee paid to another writer? did the customer fwd a complaint to SWreg regarding the order?

So, basically, if SWreg is notified of a situation, it relies on its own data and investigations ...

If they closed your account while owing you money, that it not right. In UK not legal as you were acting as a service provider in exchange for an agreed upon fee. That fee cannot be cancelled from one end alone. Even if they maintain that right in their contracts, the contract would be dismissed in any court because its termsare unfair (fairas defined by the law).

So ... no, they cannot cancel an account while owing money on it andw/o providing a reasonable, factual, explanation ...

We are not allowed to make recommendations here but pls do read through various threads and you will find some of the sites you have listed mentioned. Go through these threads.

Pls log onto all of them, read through their website, talk to them and make up your own mind.

Another thing - do not go for low prices and keep in mind that good writers demand real pay.

One question - As British companies, we are obliged to clearly state our registered address and our company registration #. I really do not believe it is optional. So, my question is: how do UK companies get away with not doing so? (couldn't find that info on the dissertationprovider website). So, are they really British or have they just registered online as British companies? If so, how do they trade? They need to get a VAT #, business bank account (requires proof of the Director's permanent address in the UK, utility bills, years of residence at the address, the physical presence of the Director, and so on).

What is it like in the US? Are people allowed to register companies in the United States online, without their being located there, having a permanent address, etc.?

What I am trying to understand here is how do they set up a legal presence in the UK (or US), thereby allowing them to legitimately claim that they are British or American when they aren't?
