Ethics StudyI am soooo furious right now.Today I logged in into my account at essaybay almost 6 months later and I discovered that this sneaky guy Muntazir212 has stolen my entire profile.

I sent a complaint to the essay administration and I will not rest until I am going to get his account closed or penalized for this unforgivable action.

If this man claims to be a freelance writer, can't he even write his own damn profile rather than cutting copying and pasting my profile.

I will pursue this nefarious action on the part of MUNTAZIR212 and make sure he gets penalized by the admin at essay bay! He should really be worried now! HE IS A THIEF WITH NO ETHICS!

Here is the email I have sent essay bay right now. Notice how he just changed the name from josh mak to MUNTAZIR212 and shamelessly used my words to bid for projects.

Yea.Ive left the company now and im figuring out how to deactivate my account...The new website is quite a mess......

This was an eye opening experience for me....indeed cheats do prosper and they seem to be prospering really well...Anyways what is the point of such forums as these...I came and I made a complaint ,Essaybay has refused to listen to me and they want to give him a so called "final chance",people here are too busy trying to put each other down in their "intellectual attacks"...I am thinking of opening a a proper writers forum now which will highlight and look into writer's complaints....Im truly not happy with the response here...something needs to be done and you know what?Maybe this happened for a reason.I will think about this in the future....

And btw why is essayfraud's website constantly suspended?is this is like a hacking attack or have they really gone out of business?

@lavinia...those words ....whether rude,grammatically incorrect or whatever you deem them...were MY words...my intellectual property...maybe a product of my twisted brain and maybe an epitome of foul grammar..But you know what?Those were my words!

That man used my bid content and profited from it again and again....He should be penalised and looked down upon for projecting himself as a premium freelancer.Dont come telling me what my words are or what they are not.Condemn that fraudster if you must....but then there isnt much that can be done when we look at the high handedness and the confidence these corporate entities give ppl like him...more money less integrity....

Writing Careers / A query for the current writers of US-based company (British writer / payment mode) [22]

Hi there!

If anyone here is working for any reputable US-based service can they please let me know about their payment options?I do have a UK bank account and I was wondering if they had the GBP-BACS option? What about PayPal?

I wrote to some of them asking if they were accepting any more writers and whether they hired British writers and they said yes.However before I apply all I am worried about is the frequency and mode of payment.

Any help out here?

We are all in the same boat here looking for contract Jobs now that the busy season has kicked in.Writing companies are mushrooming left,right and centre.I feel that UvoCorp and freelancewritingcenter have a slightly twisted agreement where they say they will put some of your payment on hold every month and several other things which I , as a lawyer and an experienced freelancer found disturbing.Go ahead and give it a try.

Not sure about Pencamp yet....let me try that one this week....Also UVOCORP asks for like 275 words a page....They seem like an OK company but then again one can never be sure.I also noticed that academicexperts.us and Uvocorp are sister companies...Just do your paperwork and the necessary reading before you get into anything of this kind.I wasn't too happy to read that freelancewriting center is not based in the UK or US but in Hong Kong so in the event of a legal action the writer's rights will not be protected by UK/US employment law.

Why don't you ask writersbeware. She can definitely help you out here and is a senior contributing member of this community.

Some independent research never hurts before you start off.

Your time and effort is precious. Try to do a little amount of work but try to do something that is worth your while and your talent.

Precisely WritersBeware...I agree with you a 100%.The Ukarianian site owners are definitely shady and sometimes the money they offer per project is below minimum wage.During the early days of my freelancing career when I was totally broke I once wrote an essay for this Russian guy whose name I don't want to mention and he cleverly demanded that there should be 300-350 words per page to "fill up the pages".I bet he charged the customer @ 250 words per page.Can you believe this? I mean they do not care if you are human at all and that you have spent a precious amount of time and energy working on a piece of work.Plus I have been reading and re-reading the policies of these new freelancing companies on the block and most of them have a clause that states that they may fine you even if you are 20 minutes late and that they will fine you for this or that ....and the list goes on ....I wonder what is left to in the name of earnings at he end of the month for the hardworking freelancer.So people do not trust these shady companies registered in Hong Kong or anywhere else.Protect your rights and help the industry by not letting these people thrive on minimum wage slave labour. These companies actually sell your work to other people for 5 times the original price and also resell this work to paper mills.If you really want to sell your copyrights make it worth your effort.It is understandable that Asian countries have a constantly depreciating exchange rate and even 4 dollars a page sounds nice to a person there looking to make some extra income.The truth is that these owners are neither ethical nor law abiding business people.They even have fake addresses.So tomorrow if they decide they would like to close down their business concern and run off with your money where will you go? One only has to look at the strict laws in Britain post the Companies Act 2006 and similar ones in the US to see that when a company actually goes through the trouble of paying tax and setting up a real office in line with the law ,it is actually serious in conducting business.Outsourcing is good for developing countries but it is time the scum of the industry which exploits and defrauds independent freelance writer no matter which part of the world they are from are stopped.

Furthermore I urge all freelance writers who have been abused and exploited by these people to come out and discuss their experiences in order to save other potential victims..

Hey folks I just logged on to their website and wanted to see if they offered employment after seeing the UK address they have advertised. I clicked on the live support button and some operator called "Mary" answered.I asked whether they hire writers and if so how was one to go about applying for such a position.

Instead I just got a rude,grammatically,incorrect reply of hardly two or three words.I kept wondering by they would hire someone who could not write a proper english sentence and then I looked them up on this site.My hunch was correct.No wonder the lady or whoever or whatever was on the other side (im thinking of a 300 pound Gorilla but that would be letting my imagination run too wild) was responding in monosyllables. It is definitely a foreign site.

Surprising how it is so easy to lie and cheat people over the internet.Yes indeed I agree with the posts above. Using the domain of country to feign a fraudulent identity or nationality is a criminal offence. They are defrauding hundreds of consumers by pretending that they adhere to and are amenable to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.The inland revenue and the courts should take note of such websites and they should be banned in the UK.Infact I suggest that there should be a journalistic write up on such websites exposing them for the low life scams that they really are.

Yes I agree.I have heard that they are paying like 10-12 pounds/25 dollars per 1000 words for essays they charge for in hundreds of pounds.It is like a writer's mill where no matter how much they charge for an essay they will still pay the same minimal wage and still fine the writers.

Now that is total writer exploitation and you call well imagine the quality of writers they hire at that minimal wage.A good company never pays you less than 40-50 pounds (or the US $ equivalent )per 1000 words for your efforts.It is better to work on the quality of your work rather than wasting your time and energy at these minimum wage outlets. I have met people on other forums who became nervous wrecks after trying to get these kind of companies to cough up their hard earned money.

I am constantly looking at all these new companies which have mushroomed online.A year ago most of these new writing companies claiming to be in business for "years" were not even in existence.The scary thing is that they are not regulated by a single body and there is no way to hold them accountable.Maybe the online writers community should have a Writers Union to prevent these companies from victimizing freelancers.Maybe the IP addresses of the new companies should be investigated and they should be asked to come out and let the public know who they really are and what are their employment/payment policies as well as the applicable law governing the agreements they make their writers sign.

I think their domain name might have expired.How long has their website been out of order?This might be a sign of warning to prevent you from working for a company which cannot even pay a renewal fee for its own domain name.If you still want to apply there try calling them or at least do a little more research before you take any further steps which you might regret later.

Also be very careful what you disclose to these people. I remember some Ukarainian guy contacting me once to do freelance work for his "website".When I asked him the mode of payment he asked me for my Credit and Debit card number along with my personal details. That was the last time I ever responded to such "phishy" emails. Whenever you suspect fraud run and don't look back.

Try applying somewhere where you are certain you can get some money and respect. Why don't you try **********?I have emailed them and they actually sent me a nice response. They make it very clear that they only hire native English speakers and if you are a native English speaker you should definitely try applying to them.

Another good employer is coursework4you.com. They always pay on time but again I do not know if they actually hire non native speakers.These two companies definitely pay on time.I am still checking out other companies and will let you know very soon.

Until then please do not sell yourself short.Your words are precious.If you must write as a freelancer make it worth your while and your peace of mind.

Ok I had a look.I noticed that there is no phone number on their site .
However they have given a US address.The form is a direct copy of the Academia Research/Masterpapers contract form.They don't give you payment options but you have to write one of your own.I really don't know what to say but try doing a little work and see how they respond in terms of payment etc.I am a bit cynical of these writer mills.Whatever you do,don't sell your talent for peanuts.See if they are offering good rates of work first.

Ok I just saw this website good-writers.com.

What struck me first that they had also ripped off the AR/Masterpapers employment form.Also when I was reading the testimonials I felt like laughing out loud.Here is how one goes and I quote:

Some Uk companies pay almost 100 pounds for 1000 words or more but they have these really cleverly drafted contractual terms which ultimately benefit them in the end. I am happy for your success and would really appreciate it if you dropped us all a line about this new employer of yours.I myself have been applying left,right and center for freelancing jobs and am kind of disappointed by the monopoly of academic answers ltd in the UK.They seem to be buying over the entire market.In the US there is not much work to do.********* seems nice and well paying but I am not sure I am ok with the cheque payment option since I am in the UK.

The rest of the companies are entirely trash and the employers seem semi-literate and rude.They pay like 4 or 5 dollars a page which does not seem like a good option for us UK writers because when we convert that to pounds it is like 2 pounds a page which below even minimum wage.

Anyways best of luck with your new employment...it is very strange that I have not come across this company on google search yet as I think I have surveyed the entire research industry by now.

Also I have not seen any company which offers "euro" payment as a currency option.

Shady=fraud + (God help you if you are employed by any of these frauds)

Save your time now and if you really are proficient in english and a native english speaker try applying to *********/Papers4you/or even deveroux and deloitte....these companies have been there for a long time and will not defraud you....at least from my personal experience that is.

These new paper mills are just there to take advantage of writers in developing countries.They cannot even be physically located if they run off with your company~think about it.

Take care and stay safe- I have applied to like 10 companies this season.As soon as I can see an outcome there I will let you know.But sadly 3-4 of these companies that accepted me turned out to be total frauds.So I did the wise thing and did not proceed with any more work.

Most of these new writer mills are owned by Chinese/Japanese owners. They do a better job than the Ukarainian fraudsters with their rather draconian and cleverly drafted writer's contract clauses. A new trend that these crooks have is to offer "300 words per page" for almost 4-6 dollars which is against standard industrial practice.Their contracts also stipulate that they will "hold" back some of your payments to pay for the promotion and advertisement of their businesses.Do not be fooled.An honest essay writing company will pay you as soon as the revision period expires and will never delay your payments.I always say this and I repeat.Do not sell your talent to these thugs for peanuts.Infact the only way to stop them is to boycott their draconian contracts and meagre wages.

Working for D and D will make you go though a lot of stress and nervous tension.I know I have been there,done that.If you must join D and D then choose the bidding contract not the staff contract. But have you ever though that you may make the same amount of money with less nervous tension and less draconian terms of contract?Try joining other credible UK services like prospectsolution/coursework4you/manuscriptservices/*********.All these companies will pay you the same amount of money with a whole less stress.

Join Writing CompanyD and D which is a part of Academic Knowledge and has a monopoly over I think 60-70 percent of the UK writing industry has very cleverly drafted contracts and the deadline reminders/confirmation emails can get annoying.Uptil last year as i remember their network system was horrible which meant that you would keep sending emails and they wouldn't get through.Imagine the amount of money these people make and yet they can not afford a sophisticated writer's panel.I was not very impressed with their slow network despite their high claims so I joined other companies like coursework4you/manuscriptservices and prospectsolution.The salaries of all these employers are very high and they are very polite and responsive.Same goes for *********.

Again Oxbridge writers are good employers as well and they do treat their writers very nicely.
I'm not sure about pencamp.Im skeptical about all these writer mills which pay 4-5 dollars per page.I have tried Allwriting.net they seem much better and the rates are better too.

Some final thoughts on D and D...well it is about time someone broke their monopoly over the industry.I have seen other UK companies do just as well as their services.And yes the claim that "they sell model answers" is just a sham.These answers are in fact handed in.

I was particularly disturbed about their setting up of specialist MBA/BVC/LPC websites and am wondering why the law society and bar council is quiet over this blatant plagiarism.How about all the people who take time to write their own BVC opinions? These people promoting plagiarism by selling bvc opinions written by "specialists"!

Somebody should make a complaint to the Bar Council and have this stopped! And NO! there is no concept of a "Model"BVC or LPC answer.The aim is to find the law.Even if the buyer uses the law of the so called Model opinion this is still plagiarism because he or she did not do their own legal research.
