I work with several large sites and none of them give us access to academic databases, way too expensive. Try to get athens access from your clients.


yeah. it gives clients the upper hand. they can have us rewriting over and over till admin steps in.

i guess that all sites have unsatisfied customers, some way more than others. your experience isn't representative of the way phd works. it's one of the good ones

i don't get how their hardware failure hasn't been resolved yet. don't they have a backup of their program and why can't they just upload it to their server? seems their database is intact as writer logins work. what''s their problem?????????

don't think so. AR is for writers, customers use masterpapers or one of their other sites.

ABCwriting, i think out of business now, used to ask for .5" margins, TNR 10pt, single-spaced. i think they paid around $3 per page. took one look at their specs and ran. don't remember if they were .com or .net. anyone know where they at now?

stu4 thinks that writers who take on private clients are disloyal to the companies they work with? how? most companies know that we're not exclusive.

if they're teaching at an English language university, their English should be impeccable. you know that professors write journal articles, don't you?
